Was there the other night, the bartender was rude. While we were playing pool all the way over in the back, he kept coming up to us demanding we bring our glasses back when we were done and kept trying to take them away when we were not finished. We almost got asked to leave when we were “breaking the rules”. Our cups were different sizes based off of the bartenders convenience, which was messed up. Ran out of redbull, pineapple juice, tito’s and cranberry juice. He scolded us when we asked for a green tea shot and didn’t know what that was. It was a judgy atmosphere and the vibe was off.

Easily the best pool halls around. If you’re looking for a great time, affordable drinks, and perfectly maintained tables, this is the spot. I could not have been happier with my experience, and I will absolutely be back

I went to play pool at this establishment the last two nights. The tables are nice and the music is great. However, the owner, (female, didn’t get her name) is incredibly rude and disregarding towards customers.
When I left the first night, I was tempted to leave a poor review, but I figured she was just having an off night and let it slide. For one of several examples, I was scoffed at when asking what time we had started our game since we were trying to keep our game to 1 hour. I also had to wait at the front desk for 5 minutes for her to emerge from the back just to offer no help.
The second night, she was even more rude and belittling. She was incredibly unhelpful, had a miserable attitude, and was watching our game subtly to call out when we accidentally broke one of her many unnecessary rules.
I wish the business had an owner that welcomed customers in with a friendly attitude and was willing to do their job without customers feels uncomfortable. Since that is not the case, I certainly will not give them any more business, nor would I recommend this business to anyone I care about.
*side note, just read the other negative reviews and note the insincere “apologies” in response to complaints, and being defensive / accusatory towards customers instead of learning and improving from feedback*

There’s poor customer service, and then there is this. If the owner is who works the counter then hats off to keeping a business afloat while treating paying customers like dirt.
If she is not the owner, I genuinely could not think of a reason she shouldn’t be fired. She keeps the place as empty as possible with her disgusting attitude, snarky remarks. The business suffers heavily having her there. It’s funny how successful the place could be, since the tables are nice. Do better!

The bartender was very rude and honestly made the experience feel unbearable. I deal with angry customers all day at work and would never think to treat them how she treats potential customers. Walking in she didnt even give us as much as a smile and everytime she was asked to get a drink she made it seem as tho she had absolutely 0 desire to do her job. The scene itself seemed to be very nice so I am disappointed that it is not somewhere I will be wishing to return because of the raging and disgusting nature of the customer service here.

I love this place , however it's annoying that they advertise to close later than they actually do. They claim they stay open till 2am but will close at 12am or even earlier . I'm attaching a photo they posted to their facebook about being open until 2 , but they literally closed at 12 that same night. Very deceiving and unfortunate because it's a fun place to play pool. And this happens often.
