The drive through was quick, and despite the fact that they had no ice, they were very open about it before you ordered. The gentleman at the window was friendly and food was good.

Idk if they’re understaffed or if they don’t wanna work but i waited in the drive thru for longer than 25 minutes. FAST FOOD?! this has to be the worst line in the world and i’m not kidding. i saw multiple give up and drive away because there was 10 min intervals between each order !! they waited for each person to leave the wendy’s before taking another order. just don’t bother, if you wanna wait that long for your food just preorder it for tomorrow.

WORST WENDYS EVER!! bought a chicken wrap in a drive thru, after opening it found it was all over the place all broken into pieces! Never ever go to this place again. Wish I could give them negative rating for this!!

Dreadfully slow. Wrong food. I would drive further to another Wendy's or just never eat Wendy's again before going here
Since I can't get a refund from these rude, wildly incompetent workers I now have to dispute the charge on my card

I went to wendys to pick up an uber eats order. It's not even 11pm and the lobby is closed. The employees can't be bothered to simply hand me the customer's order at the door or let me in to get it; instead, I was forced to wait in the drive-thru behind 8 other cars. The 8 people in front of me didn't order yet. The customer I was picking up for already ordered and their food was ready to be picked up, yet it's just sitting on the counter getting cold and/or melting, for literally no reason other than the employees don't care about the condition or quality of the food they serve to customers.

Not only did I have to wait an excessive and unnecessary amount of time, but I also was told by the drive-thru employee that they did not have the customer's food because they allowed someone else to STEAL THE WHOLE ORDER at the drive thru!!!

I ordered a $5 biggie bag bacon cheeseburger. First my fries were cold. Next I checked the nuggets... OMG! They were hard as rocks. Then I got home, ready to eat my sandwich only to find a dry cheeseburger with no bacon, vegetables or condiments on it!!! I am so disappointed!!! I called the store 4 times to complain but no one answered the phone. They owe me my $5 refund.

Ordered 2 Loaded Potatoes, Chili,Cheese Chives Etc. We Paid for Bacon on BOTH.. That was Going To Be Our Meat for Dinner. Neither Potato Had Bacon.
