Ordered 2 Loaded Potatoes, Chili,Cheese Chives Etc. We Paid for Bacon on BOTH.. That was Going To Be Our Meat for Dinner. Neither Potato Had Bacon.

I wish they had an option for no star . I live 3 minutes from this location will never come here again. Very slow and poor quality of food. Order is never correct and they get mad when you tell them. I blame the management for not making sure the staff upholds a standard.

Horrible and not clean my grandson was eating a burger from here and the burger had some stringy nasty 🤮 in it. I’m so done. With them. This Wendy’s in Hamden every single time I go there there’s a problem it’s been so unstable consistently for the past 5 years. It never gets better. It always gets worse and then the workers that are their immature and childish and very nonprofessional. Sad but true Wendy’s you have to do better.
They need help badly. Operationwise. The food was good, anyway.

In need of some nourishment, I came across this Wendy’s location yesterday and decided to stop, even though there was a pretty good sized line for the drive-through.
It was worth the wait. The staff was friendly, as I have come to expect this from Wendy’s restaurants because of several other locations I have stopped at.
My burger was definitely hot and tasty. I had my usual, the Dave’s single, and this time I mixed it up and decided to get it without ketchup and mayonnaise. I didn’t wanna take a chance on my food drowning in condiments.
I will probably get the condiments next time because it does add to it, I just don’t like to have my food, overly drenched in ketchup and mayo because I like the taste of a good burger and these things, while adding to the flavor, hides the burger taste a little. I also had a small order of French fries.
I will definitely come back to this location again in the future.

Fix the damn lights outside
This place is horrible… waiting in line for half an hour for two biggie bags. While waiting one guy smoking a cigarette while another employee is talking on the phone. Trash all piled up not throwing in the dumpster stinking up the place. I hope this is one of the 140 locations Wendy’s closing smh…

“Hello, yes, just wanted to check in and say that we’ve been in this drive-thru line so long, my grandfather could’ve fought an entire war, come back, settled down, and raised a family by now. Seriously. He was a young man when he left, and he returned with a wife, two kids, and a mortgage faster than I can get a Frosty here. I’m actually starting to think he hand-raised the cow for the beef, built the Wendy’s, and made the burger himself because at this rate, I’ll be a grandparent by the time my order’s ready. So unless you’re roasting the potatoes over an open fire, could we speed it up? Thanks!”

This is one of the most slowest drive-thrus ever! It’s like only 1 person is working and doing each order one by one in a very slow manner! Please hire some more people or re-train ur staff because this is ridiculous and it happens all the time!
I placed a mobile order to pick up and I've been sitting in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. I got up to the window finally and it looks like there's only 1 person inside working. I love the food but sometimes the wait time is ridiculous. The worker (I think his name is Richard) is great. Not his fault at all but Wendy's needs to bring in more staff for the later shifts. He's doing all the order taking and cooking by himself. That guy deserves a raise
