Every time I go here, I get charged for sauce on the side. The biggest rip off. No other wing place charges for sauce on the side. Need to fix that at the location I go to.

I normally love wingstop but our black friday night restaurant experience was unforgettable amd was shocked to learn management were prioritising deliveroo orders over their sit-in guests. We were told that our order would be ready in 30 minutes as they are busy, however it did not come after half an hour and were being told that it’d atleast take another 20 min and got offered refund as we can’t wait that long. It was not too busy at restaurant but they were preferring making money via take away and not valuing their guests sitting at restaurant Terrible experience due to in correct info at the time of order and how they prioritise takeaway partners more than their customers However staff was really nice and apologetic but not their mistake

Ya'll. This place is ROUGH! I walked in here on a rainy night and look up to see water literally pouring out of the roof of the building right where the kitchen opens up into the register area. They have buckets all over the floor trying to collect the rain water 💧 😒 it gets worse. I realize that the water is falling RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRYER. Talk about ridiculously dangerous for these poor kids. Water falling in a deep fryer can cause steam to build up which can potentially burn the person. It can cause smoke, which isn't safe to breathe. The steam can cause the oil to shoot out and splatter. If you're lucky you get a minor burn. Unlucky? Seriously burnt. Super unlucky!? It can cause a fire 🔥 on top of that I'm watching the kids working and they are literally skating across the kitchen floor like it's an ice rink. Grease and water accumulated all around the base of the fryers. Lucky? Slip and fall and get hurt. SUPER UNLUCKY!? Fall in the damn fryer or knock the thing over. This angered me to no end. I ran restaurants for years. I worked in restaurants for even longer! I am well aware of the slumlord landlords who charge an arm and a leg for rent and don't maintain the property these businesses are inside of. I'm also very familiar with greedy,cl corporate restaurants that care about one thing and one thing only. The bottom line. I'm aware of franchise owners who, again, only care about their bottom dollar, viewing each young staff member as totally expendable. I am also a mother to two teen boys and watching these young men working in these foul conditions made my blood boil. They need to close this place while all necessary repairs are made. Most fryers are on wheels, roll it away from the holes in the roof!?
Anyway.... this place was packed. I was picking up an order for someone and was going to add my own food to it. Once I saw the conditions, I didn't order anything. I'm going to contact the health department tomorrow.

Terrible, terrible , terrible!! I got a Cajun sandwich and they they messed up amd accidentally dipped it in the Louisiana rub but then still dipped it in Cajun which I didn’t notice till I got home so the sandwich was extra spicy and not tolerable. I also got a three piece Korean bbq they put way too much sauce and the fries were mixed with hard crunchy old fries. They need to do better cause now they’re playing with people’s money at this point it’s like gambling you don’t know if it’s a win or lose till you get it home and try it. I’m so disappointed now I have to buy myself something else to eat. Threw away the sandwich cause I was so mad I couldn’t eat it!

I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged for the first five minutes. Both cashiers were just sitting around doing absolutely nothing. I had to ask for help before anyone even attempted to take my order.

First impressions are crucial in any business — they’re what make customers want to return. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t leave a good one.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

My first time trying wing stop and let me tell you, wing stops bone in wings are disgusting.

The staff was friendly and pleasant though. And the restaurant was clean.

Try it for yourself though. Maybe you'll like it. Start with 10 wings first though before you buy a whole bunch. Maybe they have better chicken tenders?
