We had reserved large party rooms for our team function, but were put in the loud and chilly bar area instead. (The promised rooms were near the restrooms and whenever I walked by I noticed they were almost empty. We were pretty upset about that.) The food took waaay waaay too long to come out. We arrived at 415 and left just before 7, and no, we didn't stay long after eating. We had an entire team plus families and apparently they decided to wait for all the food to be done before bringing it. So some food has clearly been sitting in warmers for a long while and tasted as such. Many other customers arrived, ordered, ate, and left before our food came out. When the food finally arrived it was fine, nothing great, but small portions. I had the mac n cheese with chicken (around $26), and it seemed like a child-sized portion and contained very little chicken. The waitresses were nice enough. No one from management came and spoke to us during the entire time there about the switched rooms or the extreme delay in eating.
The atmosphere is the same at any regional chain, with like an Applebee's vibe.
We would not go back.

An enjoyable visit with good food and drinks. Service was excellent. My burger was cooked perfect. The waffle sweet potato fries were a hit. Extensive choice of beer and some Ciders on tap. The expresso martini flight was well liked although it could have used some labels. Would definitely return.

We ordered lunch from a Dental office. Our first order was stolen from a Door Dasher we ordered $65 worth and couldn't get refunded. So wanted to try again we ordered $130 worth and was a lil upset, our salads were wilted and browned like they were premade, some things were very bland no seasoning and soggy. the only thing we ordered that was decent were the wings and the bourbon steak. I assume maybe it would be better to sit in and try some different things off the menu. We were a lil disappointed.

Good experience overall, nice place to grab a bite, nice atmosphere, especially with good company. Food came out pretty quickly, friendly and attentive staff! No overly loud music so it was easy to have a conversation. Tasty food, fair prices too!

Service was amazing!!! Gloria was an amazing waitress to us. Funny, sweet, and super helpful when we were indecisive, she even went out of her way to check on certain things we asked about. It was our first time too. Food was delicious, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Artichoke Dip, Mac and Cheese, Burgers, and their seasonal menu was fantastic!!! Definitely coming back next time we are in the area.

First time there couple of drinks the food was delicious.
Lunch today with 6 of us and a 3 year old. The food was good, when we got it. Not sure what was going on because the place wasn't crowded but we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. Then one of us had to wait another 10 minutes at which point the manager said he would comp us all dessert to make up for the wait. At least the toddler's food came out more quickly. Very disappointed.

I have been to wood and tap many times over the years.i always enjoyed the food.tonight we ate there, and were waited on by Sarah.my wife and I were thoroughly impressed by her personality and her knowledge of the menu.she is a true asset to your company.I wish all restaurants had a Sarah working for them. It made dining a wonderful experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was seated, waited for napkins, waited for utensils even after my food was served, and the server never returned. Brought it to the attention of the manager and she didn’t seem to care.
