I love their Cobb salad!! I ordered it and shrimp asparagus Alfredo, for to go. They both were amazing! But the pasta was like macaroni, was very different pasta from the picture on the menu. That was disappointing as it was pretty pricey but still was great!Inside of the restaurant looked beautiful. I visited this Hamden store first time but when I get on, no worker was there. Another customer who went inside at same time with me stopped at the small counter for a min and so did I. He started to walk inside, so I followed and finally found the main counter. Wish they have a sign on the door.After I ordered, I realized the host go check to kitchen for pickup if it's ready. She told me about 10 min, I asked her after 8 min, she went to check and it was ready. I was pretty rushing, so wish she could know when it's ready without going back to check physically.

The gentleman manager here is on point! I received a completely wrong order through Uber eats. I called, they advised I come down to the restaurant. They completely remade the order, sincerely apologized and provided me with a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. This gentleman went out his way to make sure I left happy. I really appreciate that, great customer service!

I like this local chain of restaurants, they do a good job of being consistent and offering good seasonal menu items. The burgers are great, steaks are pretty good and the sea food is always tasty. I like the calamari app and the Philly egg rolls too. Pretty good spot to bring the kids, no video kiosks on the table too which is great cause all they want to do is play the games the whole time when we go to other places that have them.Parking: Huge parking lot with over flow in to a grocery store lot so never an issue for parking.Kid-friendliness: No kiosks on the table (that's a plus for me), really good kids menu with lots of standard options.

I understand understaffed. I have all the patience in the world for the servers who are overwhelmed.I have NO patience for the wait that I had for a meal that cost $20. The pasta dish that I ordered said "chicken and pasta" not "pasta with a hint of chicken".I don't have a problem with $20 for a meal.I do get mad when I get a bowl full of pasta with 8 tiny chunks (1/4 inch cubes) of chicken.Really? I could've gone to the grocery store next door:box of pasta .99Tomato .99Cream $51 lb chicken $1.99And had lunch and dinner for next couple of days!
I was there because of work travel. The staff made me feel like family, especially the bar gal....he name starts with an A! Audrianna? Great staff, great food, and great atmosphere!!!
