You know the tip you were asking for on that delivery call for your driver? I’m gonna give you a tip! Best advice is to close the doors to this place! Open back up when you guys completed a business course. Learn how to talk to customers professionally. The way you’ve responded to these reviews is disgusting anyone affiliated with this place should be ashamed. How do you tell a paying customer spend the extra money don’t be cheap? This business is selling slices you should be grateful when a customer walks in and chooses your establishment. Especially when you make more profit on slices than you would on a whole pie. I hope this “tip” helps the business grow! You’re welcome in advance 😉

Me and my friend went to get a pizza from this place a little earlier and it was super good!! The pizza only took 20-25 minutes and the cashier was super nice! 100% reccomend.

Steak Quesadillas is amazing it also comes with fries and the sour cream and salsa. It really was one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. They are open 7 days a week. 10 am to 10 pm . 5/5/2025 I ordered 2 large pizzas, amazing. I only found a handful of places in CT that I will eat the pizza. This place is in my top 5 for sure. Great job 😊
I recently ordered a classic cheese pizza from A-1 pizza it was nothing short of incredible. It was perfectly baked. I will definitely be ordering from them again

We order a few times a month from them for delivery. When you call you have to press one for delivery or two for pick up today. I placed the order and press two for pick up. The woman on the phone took my order and said you want this delivered and I said no I want this for pick up.
I get to the restaurant and I’m told it’s out for delivery. I asked them how they knew where to deliver as I never gave an address and they said it comes up when we call from the phone by caller ID. I explained how were they delivering it as I haven’t paid for it yet and they said they could leave it at the office and I could pay for it now. So I ended up paying for the pizza.
On my way out the door the gentleman tells me that he charged me a four dollar delivery fee. I explained I didn’t feel a four dollar delivery fee was appropriate as I didn’t want it delivered as I was very clear I was picking this up. He told me to take a bottle of soda to offset the cost.
Really?!? I’m paying four dollars for a bottle of soda that I didn’t even want.
Unfortunately, I will never order from them again. I can understand the mistake of delivering, even though I pressed two for pick up and I clarified with the woman on the phone. However, intentionally still charging me. A delivery fee is absolute ridiculous.

Went there for the very first time today, (11/15/24) Ordered a large salad with grilled chicken. OMG! The BEST! Super fresh ingredients. More chicken than I ever expected! Clean restaurant. Friendly service. I will be back! Thank you guys, so much!
