Falafel salad bowl was delicious! The falafel’s are baked and house made. I added sweet potato and quinoa to mine. Staff are nice and welcoming ☺️ Gluten-Free & Vegan 🌱

Ajamo is a solid lunch spot in Hartford. I long for the days when the food court was packed with options, and I’m happy to see this place is one of the great food stands that are still going strong at the State House. They serve very fresh salads at generous proportions and have good sandwiches as well. The only critique I’d have is that their lettuce/kale, roasted chicken, and other ingredients are in large chunks and they don’t provide a knife to cut it in smaller pieces....
