The food here is everything you want from a BBQ spot: smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket and pulled pork were standouts, and the mac and cheese was rich and comforting. Portions felt generous without being over the top, and the whole place had a laid-back vibe that made it easy to relax.
Bears is far from us, but we enjoy taking the trip for the burnt ends. This is now the second time we have come during peak hours, and they did not have burnt ends to serve. And to add insult to injury the workers serving the meat pretty much laughed at me when they told me they were out and were clowning with each other the whole time. You guys need to make sure your staff maintain professionalism and have a main meat prepared for lunch and dinner hours.

The meatball sides were both so delicious, and my Mac and cheese was also spot on. My burnt ends were maybe a bit more burnt that I really love, but they were still pretty yummy.
Of course the sauce is one of the big things that draws me in, and they have a nice range of 4 options that covered my needs...
