I heard about this company and thought it was only a food truck; I was pleasantly surprised to find a stand located in the science museum.This location we visited was inside the museum at the entrance located in the Mortenson Riverwalk Plaza. There is no fee to enter. Blue Chip has THE BEST ice cream around. It’s so exciting they now have a storefront at the Science Center! They always have delicious new flavors to enjoy and their chillwich cookie sandwiches are just to die for! My favorite is the What The Fudge, partially because of the name! ?
