Hey, its your girl Honest Review. Man o' man, how am I just finding out about this place? I think this is hands down the best made to order fried chicken in Hartford. The owner was super friendly. There is nothing pre-made in that restaurant. You have to call ahead for them to start it, or when you get there, you wait. I had the 16-piece fried chicken only. You can get a 3 piece with fries and roll or chicken by itself. I'll definitely be back!! Shout out to the owner...
The fried chicken is delicious! Very light batter, super crispy but juicy inside. I believe the chicken is brined. It has great flavor. You do not need any sauces! The chicken is made to order so it does take a bit of time.
There's free street parking. The interior is very outdated but I was there for the fried chicken. Very affordable prices. I would definitely return.
