Atmosphere if you don't mind being in the hood. As far as Service they are friendly. Food there crisp chicken salad is very good, if you order wings have them do it to your liking, their cheese burgers with everything on it and fries is the best, I'm a new Yorker so I love my NY pizza so their pizza is OK. But look at their menu selection for wide range of food.
Every time I return to Hartford, this is a must place for me. I typically order the turkey grinder/sub with everything on it. I also enjoy their special pizza as well. However, their menu is more extensive than just pizza and subs. The ingredients are fresh and authentic. I'm familiar with the area and the staff here.
Very good pizza. They don't wear gloves though so I don't order anything that requires being handmade like burgers/sandwiches. People always hanging around but it's the area and type of spot tbh. Tasty pizza tho. Cash only, which is super inconvenient. Wish they would step into the new age on that part.
