Slower than molasses in late December.. No sense of urgency, like they forgot it's called fast food.. However, each order is made fresh and piping hot when served.. You'll get the right price and food if you get the cashier who speaks English.. I had to place an order one time by pointing ??

Still dirty inside. Got approached by a guy wanting money while I was trying to eat my lunch. Sketchy characters just hanging out inside. No working bathrooms. Whoever owns this franchise should just close it. It's nasty. I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning.

The fries tasted like the inside of a porta potty and the vegetables tasted like dirt. My order was wrong on more than one count and I could not get it corrected because no one wanted to help me.

Nasty and poorly run. Employees have poor attitude and no sense of humor, bathrooms always "out of service" drink machine always malfunctioning, as for water and tries to sell you bottle water. Just close it down. These places are less than mediocre.

Store employees did not speak English. The store dining area was very filthy. The hamburger was not fully cooked. The manager was very disrespectful and wouldn’t recommend no one to eat out of that establishment employees speak Spanish so it made me feel uncomfortable because I didn’t understand what they were saying, when I know they were speaking about me not being satisfied with the service, and I will definitely make sure I tell anyone of my friends not to eat there The price was $23.17 just for two whopper with cheese and a french fry and a soda and there wasn’t one polite employee and the lobby was very unclean

The food was good, I had to leave once because the line was way too long so maybe they're short staffed? Place is pretty dirty and could be kept up a little more. The staff we're nice.
