March 22 2026 I walked into because I wanted something to eat but I witness a issue with another customer from the lady working at the register where she handed a customer a sandwich with no cheese then when the customer told her that he wanted to she handed him a hard cold slice of cheese with her hand and no gloves on and told him to put it on the sandwich his self with was very unprofessional. The customer asked for another sandwich with she refused him so the customer requested his money back. The worker then called the cops on the customer when she was in the wrong and wasted police and the customers time and making other customers feel uncomfortable do to her act of unprofessionalism. Chaotic doesn’t even beging to describe how this location is run. Everything is unclear. No obvious signage for where people should place and order, and where you’re supposed to pick it up they barricaded the counter with some sort of stained glass to where you can’t see or hear anything. You can’t even reach across this barrier they put to grab your order after waiting forever in confusion. This location is a MESS

Customer Service is the worst cashier always has the worst attitude and dining room always full of people not even eating. The cleaning crew always working hard to have everything set.
