Chaotic doesn’t even beging to describe how this location is run. Everything is unclear. No obvious signage for where people should place and order, and where you’re supposed to pick it up they barricaded the counter with some sort of stained glass to where you can’t see or hear anything. You can’t even reach across this barrier they put to grab your order after waiting forever in confusion. This location is a MESS

Customer Service is the worst cashier always has the worst attitude and dining room always full of people not even eating. The cleaning crew always working hard to have everything set.
Every visit after 9pm management is no where to be found....2 employees running the restaurant....get it together

Do you want to know what I love most about BK, they want everyone to be happy, so they duplicate their crowns and ask all who are as loving as they are, to wear their crowns and rule along side them as equals. Burgerking promotes equality, always has and always will. I am proud to be a customer!

Slower than molasses in late December.. No sense of urgency, like they forgot it's called fast food.. However, each order is made fresh and piping hot when served.. You'll get the right price and food if you get the cashier who speaks English.. I had to place an order one time by pointing ??
