This restaurant is not in the Crown Jewels of BK, but it functions. The restaurant area is spacious and tidy. There was just a lingering odor of restroom in the air. Although, for being in the inner city, the place was clean.

At this BK you have it YOUR way! The staff are always polite and I usually order through the app and breeze through the drive thru- busy mom on the road with hungry teenagers. Download the app if you haven't already. Those rewards come in handy. The new nerd drinks are a kid favorite and they have the How to train a dragon promo right now. The sundae with the green and black crumble was yummy. BK is never a miss on Airport Rd especially late night! My family approves of this location🥰

I haven't been inside, only the the drive thru. I got the impossible burger for my baby. Too bad they don't have any gluten-free options. We also had a coupon for a medium fries.
I chose this location because it's the closest to us besides the one downtown, but the surrounding area was too crowded outside and no drive thru, a little too sketchy for me. Plus, I would have to park across the street. So this location is more convenient for us.

Came here at 810am on April 28th 2025 to order food. Ordered hash browns, then went to order 8 peice nuggets and was told we only serving breakfast. I know burger king starts lunch menu at 7am. This is bad service and lazy. I want the employees at this store all spoken to about this cause if im told that again after 7am im calling corporate office. Do not appreciate the rude and lazy service. 0 out of 10. I come here a lot too

Not that it is going to make a difference, because let's be honest, Burger King doesn't give a shit and never reads these reviews!
Last week I ordered from this location and they screwed up the SAME order, not once, but TWICE!!!!!
Woman working was EXTREMELY RUDE and argued with me about me and blaming me for the order being messed up!
Bottom line, the receipt listed what was supposed to be on the sandwiches!
No where in the receipt did it mention lettuce! When I had the sandwiches remade, after explaining in detail how the sandwiches were to be made, they remade sandwiches containing lettuce!!!!
There is no way this was NOT intentional!!
Then she proceeded to tell me that next time I need to bring the sandwiches back earlier to be remade, not an hour later!
Customer service phone number for Burger King does not work!!!
Called the store number and it just rings and rings! The one time they did answer, they hung up!!!!
Chatted with customer service and they offered me a 15$ coupon and it has been a week and still no coupon!!!
Burger King could care less about us as customers and their customer service is non-existant!
Like I said Burger King (like other companies) never read reviews!
It is now 11:22 am on Friday 5/9/25...let's see how much longer (if at all) it takes them to resolve this issue!!!!!

This has to be a circus cuz a kangaroo could do better than what these people are doing at the drive-thru this is the worst service in the world the food be cold the service is slow you can't get no help and people don't speak English

Tired of this location always something they don’t have. How do you run out of something and your location is always empty. I had head there for breakfast for the last time cause always ask for a Bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit and you guys never have it. Always have to settle for your greasy ass croissant. Don’t advertise something you’re not going to have. Rather drive 15 min away to get what I want then to go to this location again…

Says 24 hrs is not 24hrs. Have a box truck. Box truck does not fit through drive thru. Which is the only part that's 24 hrs. Online it literally says 24 hrs then next to drive thru again says 24 hrs....either put lobby not 24 hrs and list hrs or make your drive thru suitable for the working man. Went way out of way as only place listed as open 24 hrs and was completely let down.

Yeshua was truly the highlight of my day! In a world where things can feel overwhelming, he not only met but exceeded my expectations with his exceptional customer service and sense of humor. I was also impressed to learn that it was his first day, and yet he handled everything with such confidence and charm. As a manager myself, I can easily recognize great people skills, and Yeshua has them in abundance.

However, I was deeply disappointed by what I overheard while in the drive-thru. I heard a staff member sending him home over a minor mistake, like an issue with sauce pricing, rather than providing constructive feedback. As a manager, I believe in correcting small mistakes on the spot and keeping the momentum going, especially when you have an employee who clearly has potential. Small errors shouldn’t dictate whether someone should stay or go. It’s about guidance, not punishment.

It’s disheartening to see this because there are so many employees who lack the motivation to show up at work, yet Yeshua was fully engaged, bringing positivity to the job. It’s the small things like dependability that truly matter in any business, not nitpicking over a minor detail like sauce pricing.

I’m spending the time to write this review and letting my food cool down because Yeshua is that worth it. His personality shines through, and it’s clear he has a lot of potential. I just hope management recognizes his value and provides the support he deserves.

Upon entering this BK on 70 AIRPORT ROAD, HARTFORD, CT you can INSTANTLY SMELL THE BATHROOM ODOR (DISGUSTING, I DONT EVEN WANT TO BUY FOOD FROM HERE NOW) it literally smelled like people have been urinating all over the walls & floor.
The floor was extremely STICKY. There was FECES smeared on the door by the door handle. If me & my kids didn't have to use the bathroom so bad, we would've exited upon arriving. The WOMEN'S bathroom was supposedly "not working" as staff stated when I asked about it so we had to use the FILTHY MEN'S BATHROOM. I complained to the staff about it & told them they need to have that bathroom DEEP CLEANED. Staff was NONCHALANT. How are they COOKING & SERVING FOOD with this disgusting SMELL! | don't even want to picture the kitchen.. YUCK

I watch one of the workers grab the garbage and touch several things in the back to yet return and start making burgers with out changing her GLOVES. THATS NASTY AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO THAT. THAT PLACE IS NASTY. WHEN IT COMES TO THE WORKERS CHANGING THERE GLOVES.
