First off, I want to congratulate this burger king, the first one year anniversary this place is immaculate, especially even on night shift behind the counter was spotless. The tables were all clean the tan floors. We're all scrubbed, and y'all know I do my investigations, the manager or honor. The woman who runs it was so polite. The gentleman behind the register. Was so on time with the order If you're looking you're looking for a nice, comfortable place to sit down and eat with the family. This is a great place or just by yourself. To read a book, use your laptop. There is plenty of parking and plenty of tables and bye high tables side tables. Metal tables for you to choose from. And this is the afternoon night time. So I just want to give a lot of credit to the people who supervise this establishment in business franchise. Thank you for keeping it clean for the community that lives around it. This is what the ideal of maintaining community happiness is all about. You. Will see when you go there again? Thank you guys for running a proper business

Went to this location to get breakfast and unfortunately was not able to enjoy it as I wanted 😩. Bacon was undone, hashbrowns were over cooked and very oily. Soo disappointing and a waste of money. 🤮🤢 not coming to this location ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! FOOD POISONING!!! Worst experience ive had in my entire life the place was clean but went night shift staff was arguing back and forth on the phone while taking our order and then eye rolls when giving order not to mention took thirty mins for two meals and fifteen mins in we can see them done and made but the team members were to busy complaining about how they didn't need to be there and were so ready to walk out the door, one was on the phone and the cook refusing to do something for another team member over petty reasons we got our food dry burger and cold both me and my bf mind u I'm pregnant ended up throwing our guts up and going to the hospital after with food poisoning!!! I will never go here again this place is so unprofessional and should be shut down.

The closing hours of this location vary depending on the employees or mananger's mood of that day.... Their page says they close at 12pm, and yet I have been there several occasions at around 1030pm or 11pm, and they are already closed.Also, they have this automatic machine in the drive through that greets you, and makes you believe that you are being taken care of, so you wait there for 2, 3, 5 minutes waiting for them to take your order, just to find out that no one is there to take an order.If they feel like closing early, they should turn that thing off, so it doesnt confuse customers.
It was a short visit. Wasn't nothing exciting really, but again, an establishment I'm used to, and the food was good aswell.

LMAO. almost $6 for a small shake. it's unreal the prices. people used to go to burger king & mcdonald's because it WAS CHEAP. no one goes to these places because it's good food LOL. but what's the point of paying $12-$16 for a "fast food" meal when you can get a whole dinner plate from a quality restaurant for THE SAME PRICE. especially when your never getting fresh or even satisfactory food from BK. soggy, fries and rings, cold burgers.. nuggets that have been sitting out for an hour.best part is, they say "fresh" but yet they microwave the sandwiches after they make em, to serve them hot to people.FRESH FOOD DOESNT COME OUT OF WRAPPER SCALDING YOUR MOUTH because it was microwaved so long. .4pm at west hartford burger king, and not ONE car in drive through, and Not one customer inside ordering or eating.i give it 3 months, maybe 6, before burger king starts closing locations nationwide. burger king is the bottom of the barrel of fast food.

I went to this location today and watched the manager scream at the employees so disrespectfully and argue with a customer because he said she needs to learn some respect … this place is unacceptable coming from a manager .. this was very unpleasant to see I was ready to offer all the employees new jobs !!!!

I used to hate this location. Food was always cold n old.i gotta say they really stepped it up and are trying. Second time this month dining in. The food was super fresh . Super hot, fries fresh hot and crispy. Got to give credit when it's due. My burgers and nuggets where so fresh. Both times i went around 3pm. Hopefully they'll keep it up .
