This restroom was the worst experience I've had. I couldn't eat cause if the bathroom was like that I can't imagine the kitchen being any cleaner. I told the female employee that was at the counter but it seemed like she didn't care at all. I'll never come again to this establishment. I understand Hartford in general is filthy bit this Burger King definitely took the crown....

Fries way too salty fish was good but small. Me and my husband spent 22$ on 2 large meals and the fries large was bad quality and way too salty and hard. Next time they should have their fries fresh and not as salty .

The store manager at this location is very degrading and disgusting. It is very disturbing as I was waiting for my food. I could literally see the store manager verbally attacking an employee.. I have been served by the employee that was being verbally attacked many times and she’s always great. She’s also a fellow manager.. the general manager has a very nasty attitude and very disrespectful and belittle her so-called team

First off, I want to congratulate this burger king, the first one year anniversary this place is immaculate, especially even on night shift behind the counter was spotless. The tables were all clean the tan floors. We're all scrubbed, and y'all know I do my investigations, the manager or honor. The woman who runs it was so polite. The gentleman behind the register. Was so on time with the order If you're looking you're looking for a nice, comfortable place to sit down and eat with the family. This is a great place or just by yourself. To read a book, use your laptop. There is plenty of parking and plenty of tables and bye high tables side tables. Metal tables for you to choose from. And this is the afternoon night time. So I just want to give a lot of credit to the people who supervise this establishment in business franchise. Thank you for keeping it clean for the community that lives around it. This is what the ideal of maintaining community happiness is all about. You. Will see when you go there again? Thank you guys for running a proper business

Went to this location to get breakfast and unfortunately was not able to enjoy it as I wanted 😩. Bacon was undone, hashbrowns were over cooked and very oily. Soo disappointing and a waste of money. 🤮🤢 not coming to this location ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! FOOD POISONING!!! Worst experience ive had in my entire life the place was clean but went night shift staff was arguing back and forth on the phone while taking our order and then eye rolls when giving order not to mention took thirty mins for two meals and fifteen mins in we can see them done and made but the team members were to busy complaining about how they didn't need to be there and were so ready to walk out the door, one was on the phone and the cook refusing to do something for another team member over petty reasons we got our food dry burger and cold both me and my bf mind u I'm pregnant ended up throwing our guts up and going to the hospital after with food poisoning!!! I will never go here again this place is so unprofessional and should be shut down.

The closing hours of this location vary depending on the employees or mananger's mood of that day.... Their page says they close at 12pm, and yet I have been there several occasions at around 1030pm or 11pm, and they are already closed.Also, they have this automatic machine in the drive through that greets you, and makes you believe that you are being taken care of, so you wait there for 2, 3, 5 minutes waiting for them to take your order, just to find out that no one is there to take an order.If they feel like closing early, they should turn that thing off, so it doesnt confuse customers.
