$12 for rice and a few tiny bits of steak wrapped in a tortilla = two thumbs down. Extremely bland. I'm not sure what they are thinking, but they won't survive in that atmosphere with the competition around them if they continue on this way.. I also never received a message that my order was ready.

This was my first time and I ordered a bowl. I was very disappointed in the quality and quantity of the food. The price did not match the servings. The chicken and black beans was dry. I paid like $2.15 for guacamole and the serving was ridiculous, sour cream was almost invisible. The overall taste was ok but not sure I'm going back there. I don't like wasting my money.

Ordered delivery and food never came. Called the restaurant and they said it was never picked up by driver nearly and hour later. We asked for our money back since WE ORDERED DELIVERY and the manager Manny said he couldn't refund our $50 because they already made the food and they'd have to take it as a loss. WTF?!!!!!!! DON'T OFFER TAKE-OUT IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES GETTING YOUR FOOD DELIVERED!!!!!!!! Now we have to go through Parkville Market and ask for our money back since the restaurant refused us a refund although we never got our food!
The tacos definitely undercooked and I’m pregnant so definitely a no! the presentation could have been better.

I never got a text so I finally just went in to ask where my order was and told the cashier it had been over 40 minutes. I saw my order on the counter and asked how long it had been there snd the kid told me it had been sitting there for 20 minutes??? never apologized once or offered to heat the food up?? It wasn't even busy like ????? I used to order from here all the time but never again.

But this time, once I saw Birria tacos it called my name so I figured it was the best time and to try a new vendor at Parkville.I got myOrder in fast and only had to wait a few mini for my Order. It was a Saturday night but not as crazy busy as I thought it be.My Birria tacos were delicious! They were well stuffed with beef and flavorful. Meat was tender as well. I definitely was happy with them and it was more than enough!

I went yesterday to grab some lunch after work, I ordered steak quesadillas and later when i went upstairs to eat I found a piece of hair in my food. The cashier at Burrito loko works with her hair down and when I went again to order nachos he hair touched my food again. I was so disgusted. I ended up not eating anything and eating at another location. Then she proceeded to brush her hair even though there was food up front. Disgusted.

Johnathan honestly went above & beyond to get me what I wanted. His service was extremely friendly and kind! He deserves a raise! The food was really good! Typically I get the birria tacos this time I got a birria rice bowl and it was the best rice bowl I've had in a long time. Between his service and the food I'll always be a customer!

I drive over a half hour to come try the nachos. When the lady prepared them they looked delicious. When I went to eat them, the ground beef was ice cold and nasty. I couldn't eat anything but the chips on the side with some salsa I already had in my house. I was very disappointed and was left hungry. That was a big waste of my gas and money.

Sadly, it was incredibly average and the quality did not match the price that I paid. The only flavor came from the guac and pico de gallo. Also, I paid extra for guac, and it was literally the tiniest spoonful on top (surface level, it doesn’t touch the bottom of the container). The steak didn’t taste like it was seasoned at all. I don’t see myself returning to this vendor unfortunately.
