First time here. The ice creams are flavorful, the servings are generous and the service is excellent. The place is very clean with plenty of seating; the decor is so cute, lots of colors. I recommend it and I will return.
They catered an event so I got to try a couple different flavors, and everything tasted delicious. The staff were also very friendly. The shop is local to me so I can't wait to try it again.
Capital Ice Cream came to my company to do an ice cream social! Top notch flavor and selection! I recommend the strawberry cheesecake flavor, and may I say, best ice cream in Connecticut, 5/5 stars!
