So delicious! Was a joy to try the Uzbek dishes alongside the Turkish cuisine. The Turkish coffee was also amazing! The restaurant is run by a husband and wife who are so warm and hospitable. Give this a try as there are many options on their menu!

I have lunch here 2x a week. It's conveniently located next to my work site in Hartford. I love it. The food is very good. I can only speak for the Chicken Gyro Lunch special because that is the only dish I've gotten here over the past 3 months. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and kind. I'm hungry right now and I am so looking forward to walking over in the next 5 min to order my meal.

The food at City Kebab is good. High quality ingredients, prepared by talented chefs.. So if you are looking for an enjoyable culinary experience, you can't go wrong. But what I enjoy even more are the aesthetics. Tasteful decor, with Uzbek images and artifacts Which brings me to its most compelling allure . It is a rare restaurant where customers can talk,...there us no din of loud music or inebriated men. Thus restaurant is a gem, and well worth the time to visit.
I got the Uzbeki Plov and it was excellent. The meat was tender and juicy and the rice and vegetables of the Plov were excellent. The food is excellent there is plenty of space to sit and parking in the back of the building. Definitely recommend checking out.Dietary restrictions: The food is all Halal.

The owner greeted myself and family at the door, and was extremely kind, very hospitable. He did a nice job explaining the menu to us as well, as we do not usually eat Turkish/Uzbek food. That being said though everything was objectively very good. 100% must get the Kunefe for dessert and Turkish coffee. The uzbek manti were decent, the adana kebab was solid as well. Hartford needs more authentic places like this. park in the back- behind the building.Parking: Park behind the building or on the street in front (just make sure to check the meter if you do that)
