This freaking place is not open, do not order!!! Still showing open. Ordered Doordash loast money!! Had to cancel the order. Waisted my time, and the Doordash driver's.!!!!
This place use to be 5 star quality. The previous owners retired over a year ago and the quality and authentic sicilian/italian food and taste went along with them.
Was over charged made up their own prices pretended they did not understand English when questioned . Not a good experience.
Pretty much as good as it used to be with the old owners. Lots of new items.
This is a great restaurant, all the food was well-prepared even the pre Frozen stuff. To staff amazing willing to do whatever it took to give me a meal that I'd be satisfied with, and the portions huge! Side note they deliver and they have a decent website to order from. I've eaten there a couple of times and plan to eat there a few more.
The End of an Era. Formerly Franklin Giant Grinder. New name, owners and unfortunately the iconic food has been replaced as well. Couldn't be more disappointed. The beef cutlet grinder I could barely get my mouth around, along with its unbelievable taste, texture and quality is gone. The beef cutlet grinder I got today was horrible. Tasted terrible, almost like the sauce was burnt. The grinder was the same price but half the size. Franklin Giant, the iconic destination for the best grinders hands down is now an over priced subway. Heartbreaking

I think it has changed owners. I didnt feel welcomed. I used to frequent that place as a kid with my dad and up until my young adulthood. I'm 46 now and the vibe is different, the staff is different. I cant comment on the food ( I walked out when they quoted the prices) The family atmosphere is gone now. I dont know how long it's been gone but it wasn't there in March 2019...
Steak n Cheese Wrap Is Delicious. Buffalo Wings Are Excellent And Their Chili Cheese Dogs Are everything.
Food is halfway decent employees aren't very friendly though they try. I would go back but it would be for takeout
The grinder I ordered was slop. Bad sign when all the wrapping around it was SOAKED in grease.
