My husband and I went in for a breakfast date, and the experience was a mix of good and not-so-good. Our server, Darlene C, was an older woman who moved a bit slower. She wasn’t rude, but she wasn’t very warm or engaging either. For the place to be so empty, we really expected better service. Throughout the visit, the kitchen alarm kept going off, which made the atmosphere feel chaotic. I also overheard customers complaining about dirty dishes, and overall the restaurant feels outdated.

My food itself was pretty good, but the caramel iced coffee was not—I couldn’t drink it. My husband’s order was made incorrectly, and the corrected plate took so long that the rest of our food was cold by the time it came out.

We had to make some adjustments to our receipt, and Darlene C was gracious enough to remove the coffee and a few other items with help from a coworker, which we appreciated. Despite the issues, we still left her a tip.

Overall, the visit had some positives, but the service, atmosphere, and overall consistency definitely need improvement.

Everything was good, but the service could have been allot better especially when I'm paying $4 for a cup of coffee.. there was one other table besides mine, and still the service was very very slow !!

As you walk in the smell of marijuana is so strong that makes you sick, the service is horrible and slow, we asked for plates for our appetizer and they gave us aluminum disposable to go trays, apparently they didn’t want to clean dishes. The food took forever to come out and it was lukewarm however it was pretty tasty.

Craftsman CTFL

We stopped in for lunch, although I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast. Everything was good, especially the shredded hash browns, a famous dish at Denny’s. For all I got, the price was very reasonable. The server, Shawn, was friendly and efficient and had a lot of enthusiasm. The decor is a bit dated, but that added to the diner-type atmosphere. Overall, quite a good experience.

I came in on, November 9 I understand dining services where it’s one worker and I’m happily OK with that, but she purposely would ignore and not give me what I asked for in my order and even messed up my check it tried not to fix it. Avoiding interaction with me. I don’t know why it seemed like I was the only customer that she did not want to treat respectfully being that I was a solo diner however, if I could tell anything of this location, amazing food amazing chef in the back he was nice but take Darlene off the schedule.

This was lovely! The customer service was great and the food was pretty good for a Denny's. I would absolutely go back!

The only con was the women's restroom. Although it wasn't dirty, there was a very strong and pungent odor in the stalls. I believe it might have been the odor from the water but I'm not entirely sure. Other than that, the place was great!

From the minute I walked into the restaurant it went down hill. The server which I later found out was the general manager pointed and said sit over there. When we got to the table he dropped off the menus and disappeared, then we had to wait 15-20 minutes for him to come back and take our order. After waiting 30 minutes our food arrived to the table but it was cold. Mind you the restaurant was empty. The pancakes were cold,tasted and smelled funny. They instantly made me sick after one bite. The bacon was stiff like a ruler and greasy. My eggs were nasty,disgusting and didn’t even taste like eggs. The hash browns were raw. After Daniel disappeared for another 20 minutes him and another female appeared. We finally went to the register to pay and that’s when I was told that my omelet that I ordered as a side would be charged as a full meal even though it was requested as a side, Daniel then preceded to say that if I didn’t like the price he would charge me for everything individually making it much more.

if I could give this place a zero I would. We walked in they sat us and forgot about us. They served 3 other people before us. No one came to us at all. I know its a denny but still I have had better service.at Mcdonalds. Horrible service and Horrible people. I decided to go back gice them another chance and same . Please see all other recent reviews. Tnis palce needs to be shut down and the The health dept needs to be called.
