Our server Sway is awesome and provides great service! Helped us get settled and made sure we got what we asked for it was very nice in the restaurant. He’s great with our kids and family and even offered a toy truck for my baby to play with. Definitely loved it here! We will be back! Thank you Sway for making us feel welcomed and going the extra mile for us we truly appreciate you!

The food was good but me and my friends were extremely unhappy with the service. Forgotten utensils,drinks,never checking up on us,etc. Another man from behind the counter actually had to come over and give us our utensils and drinks.Waited over 30 minutes for the check after asking for it multiple times.
Overall this is possibly the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and I definitely will not be coming back.

Been waiting for a check for 40 minutes, been here for an hour 30 minutes. Server keeps saying he’ll be right over then just ignores our existence. The music over the radio sounds demonic. I feel like I’m just invisible here, when my food finally came they just gave me the complete wrong things and didn’t give utensils and said he’d be back and never came back. Someone else had to come over and ask if we wanted utensils and drinks even though we ordered them 30 minutes prior. Server doesn’t even deserve a tip.

I've been going to this location for quite some time and never had any issues, until this morning. Employee didn't know his left foot from his right, and to make matters worse, he had an attitude problem. A person who can't do his job, should not even think about giving a customer attitude. He had to ask the cook how to ring up a simple grilled cheese with hash browns, and he obviously wasn't paying attention because he wanted to charge me double what I normally pay. When I questioned him about the price, he had the nerve to say that he was doing it correctly and not like everyone else does it. This coming from the person who had to ask the cook. I ended up leaving and not ordering anything. After I left, I called and asked for the manager's name and availability. Mr attitude was the one to answer the call and what he said will blow your mind, he claimed to be the manager. What is this world coming to?A manager who needs an attitude adjustment, and clearly needs help determining which is his left foot and which is his right.
