I ordered a pizza last night and it arrived extremely late. The pizza was all over the box. I called the store and they only offered to replace the pizza but told me I had to pick it up, even though I had already paid for delivery. They hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issue. Really unprofessional and disappointing. I paid for a full service and didn’t get it.

I REALLY dislike this location. EVERYTIME i order from here we have an issue. Why are we locked into certain locations per area in terms of delivery. If the location wont mind delivery with an extra 2 min drive, why does it matter what shop we order from. Dominoes needs to really do better.

I come to this Domino's because it's less sketchy than the one on Farmington Avenue. The one on Farmington Avenue is great as well but the parking lot is always filled with people selling drugs or doing drugs. I'm pretty sure Domino's can't do anything about it because it's just become accustomed in Hartford which is sad. But other than that stuff is great at both locations.

Myself I believe that this idea of the ask you to get the rewards, must read thru the fine print. You spend your money in trying to get points just to have the store take them away just because you're waiting for an time to use your points and you have none when in fact 40 pulse points was in my wallet. Hummmm this message is real people. I will send no money in this store again 😒 😑 🙄 😤

The employees here are very rude and always expect a tip. And they will literally call you out at your own home if you don’t give them a tip. So unprofessional and rude.

What can I say. I came in to pick up a pizza, a normal thing for dominos. First thing you see when you get in the place is visibly sweaty teens handling the dough with no gloves. Appalled I spoke to a recently hired staff that said the owner promotes this food safety practice . I call the owner over in disbelief and when I ask him why he is doing this, he first gets loud, and then talks about how the health inspectors has given him the ok to do this( which if this is the response you know your already in the wrong ) and dominos is telling him not to wear gloves(DOMINOS HAS REQUESTED HE NOT WEAR GLOVES!!!!?!?!??). If they handled the dough and just the dough they might even have a case, but their so foolish they have a windowed display of them touching cheeses , veggies, and cornmeal in the 2 minutes I was standing there. Not only that but at the end of my conversation, he pats me on the back, walks in the kitchen and puts toppings on another pizza…. I work with chemicals for industrial tubing…. I had just come home from my shift and the man touched my shirt, no hand wash, and put topping on a pizza…. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ate 2 slices and sipped on water and I can’t say I feel too good. I don’t recommend you eat from here unless you like the added mystery flavor of the Dominos Kitchen.
