Daysia and the staff here are great! We stopped by and grabbed some breakfast and coffee, and all was so delicious. The comfy chairs and couches contributed to the calm vibes. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is amazing and it’s a locally owned place so I love to support it!!

The ambience is nice in this place to relax, but other than that not much for a breakfast place. I was a little disappointed my simple smoothie and wrap was $20. The wrap was big in size but no taste at all and not good. Most of the items I tried ordering on a Tuesday morning were not in stock either. Little weird for beginning of a week. The two ladies that work there have great customer service but I feel the food options can be better or just maybe only doing drinks in this type of cafe.

Great breakfast sandwiches, coffee is excellent and it’s a great spot to start your day. If you are visiting from out of town it’s a must

I was excited to come back to Dunno Cafe because I’ve always loved the ambiance here. But honestly, this visit was a letdown. The sausage in my sandwich was the lowest grade they could’ve chosen—nothing special at all. On top of that, my order took way too long. I ended up getting my food after five other people who came in after me, which shows how unorganized things have gotten.
When I first came here, it was a spot I liked for the low prices, but now it feels like they’ve really fallen off. At this point, I’d rather pay a little more somewhere else and get better service and quality.

Great vibe and space, really nice staff. When I first saw this place I thought this was a place I could spend a lot of time in, especially when studying. But they have the weirdest bathroom policy- you need to ask the cashier for a key to use the bathroom which is just the weirdest thing, and the bathroom door works like normal, so for the life of me I cannot understand this decision of theirs. It's literally the entire reason why I won't go back there.

Terrible customer service. I tried emailing my experience and they were absolutely no help. Did not offer a single solution for my experience. My avocado toast looked super old like it had been sitting out all day. I ordered it to go and was told I can’t get a refund because I already left the cafe. Additional the phone lines weren’t working, tried calling multiple times

Everyone who works here is so nice, especially the pretty barista lady takes orders in the front! She was so kind to me and my mom, and the seasonal fall lattes are to die for 10/10.

Cute little coffee shop with cozy couches and some table seating. The ladies behind the counter were super nice and accommodating. Lots of drink options, including a lot of tea, which I find rare in coffee shops lately! I’m n the pricier side, but not unexpected being outside of the ball field.
Got the honey toast latte and my husband got an iced tea. The latte was sweeter than I was wanting, but that’s on me for not asking how much syrup is put in per flavor. The tea was very refreshing and tasty

I was so happy to stumble on DoNo Cafe! I’ve worked in Hartford for over 20 years, and when I walk out of my office on Trumbull St, I usually turn left towards my usual favorites. I’ve bee taking the effort to go right and over the bridge towards the north end. I’m excited about some of the new spots that have opened up in the area, and this cafe is one of the gems I’ve missed for too long.

I stayed near the Hartford ballpark for a few days and enjoyed visiting this new coffee shop several times. The coffee is delicious, the service is welcoming, and the atmosphere is outstanding. Half the seating area faces Dunkin Park and they have books with old Hartford photos. I will visit again next time I am in Hartford.

i don’t know if we’re in a recession or what but the breakfast wrap barely had any stuffing in it, like it was literally all just the tortilla wrap.
the french toast is ONE piece of square toast cut into 4 strips. absolutely ridiculous.
this is the most millennial cafe you’ll ever find but the atmosphere was good and so was the service.
the food here does not count as breakfast because of the portions i would just call it a snack
i will say the thing that saves this place in my eyes was the matcha it was delicious no complaints there.

I have to say I was excited to have breakfast at this place, but when I received my food I was thoroughly disappointed. The food portion was not a match for the prize. It was tiny and barely came with anything. I ordered the French toast and it was literally one piece of toast cut into four flat slices. Additionally, I got the Rise something burrito and it had nothing in it. Let me emphasize the nothing, it was straight up tortilla with a side of filling. Although it seemed like the we were in a food recession, the coffee was good.

This is my first time here!
The coffee and food was really good and the atmosphere was very relaxing.
I was not a big fan of the customer service. I didn't really feel welcomed, it felt like I was interrupting them. Coaching or training on customer service is needed!
