Just today I was waiting in the gas station/Dunkin’ Donuts and witnessed the lady making the food wearing the same gloves go into the back room grab boxes into the bathroom and started making somebody’s food with the same gloves on. I pointed it out to the customer I think he walked out, but aren’t these people trained correctly?

All of the team is great except one older lady that has her hair covered. She makes you wait for her purposely. Saw a bunch of us waiting in line clearly in her view from the back. Pretended she didn't see us and continued doing w.e. she was doing. To the point we had to ask the gas station employee if DD was open. This isn't a one time occurrence either.Then comes up front rude as always with an attitude as we are bothering her. The other lady that works their is phenomenal.

The “old lady “ was so rude to me … I did order a hot coffee and she got me an iced .. and I said was hot not cold … she didn’t liked… she was so rude about it … never coming back that’s for sure … the rest of the team 5 *****

Loved the different selections of donuts that I don't see in my local shops coffee was fresh and hot the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and listened well .

I came there at 7am waiting to just order two things but the cashier lady couldn't fix her cashier after like 40 minutes of waiting and my mom got mad at me for waiting for so long so after waiting there for that long I was forced to leave empty handed! 0/10 do not recommend!!!!!
