Rude staff, gives cold food , I will be speaking to a manager about my interaction this morning. Train your employees to have some respect!!!
Food and coffee always hot and fresh. Every employee that works here are always polite and super nice. They deserve a nice xmas bonus 🙌🏽🥰

People here is LUNATIC and very moody ( only cool guy there is Gustavo). One day they are happy, other day very sour. They do not like when you tell that the order is wrong and BECAREFUL if they can't hear you on the head set and ask you to talk louder and you do. NEVER ever I will come back 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I havent had too many bad encounters but the food, the coffee is usually never with what we request inside and usually gives off just water and coffee that's it. We also had a time where my order couldn't be fulfilled because someone "didn't know how to make munchkins" and "they just worked there" I had to have it replaced with what they thought can be replaced value wise. Then received my grill cheeses a mess and clearly rush cooked. She said she was the only one working when a man had spoken to me through the speaker previously. I have no issue with the people. Great people when they wanna be. But the food definitely needs to he helped.

You must have had my location incorrectI hate Dunkin! They can only make coffee one way, light and sweet, and the overall quality of their shipped in baked goods is considerably inferior to how they started with store made goods. I DO NOT DO DUNKIN! Thank you

Fast , good and everything was correct
First the bad but then the good:Bad-the coffee here is consistently weak because they clearly pull from the pot while it’s still brewing. Wish someone would catch this and update training a little-the beginning of the pot brews the strongest so if you are rushing to push customers through and you pour a cup while it’s still brewing, you’ve ruined the entire pot-the person getting that first pour is going to get an extremely strong coffee and anyone who gets a coffee from the rest of the pot is going to get very weak coffee-it will taste too light & too sweet-it’s not that they did your cream or sweetener wrong-it’s that they ruined the pot pulling from it before it finished brewing. I’ve finally given up on this Dunkin as it has become more and more consistent this is happening. I’ve lost too much money and by the time I hit the highway to go to work I can’t just turn around and have it fixed. I did have one guy later in the day once have me wait just a few minutes and I was happy to do so and it was THE BEST coffee I’d ever gotten from this location!Good-very friendly staff, both my husband and I like the staff a lot. Have never had an issue with food we’ve gotten here. Clean location-never see wrappers or cups kicking around the lot. And our coffee orders are almost never wrong in terms of flavor shots, cream, sweetener etc.It’s just that one thing, pulling from the pot-but unfortunately that one thing really makes it undrinkable.

Very polite when asked a question very professional answer food ready on time the manager running the shift is very understandable and very kind she manages her crew with a good attitude and respect I say this because the crew is not the problem people are when they argue with the crew of this location this Wendy's shouldn't be getting any bad reviews this crew deserves a raise and a party they aren't the problem costumers are the problem always trying to make somebody's day bad I give them five stars on how they handle these situation like I said before theanager running the shift is awesome she can understand better than costumers to the manager that serve me today thank you keep up the good work
