I have been going to this DD for years. I work at the PO right behind it since 2001. I recently ordered my coffee on the app for drive tru. The lady said I don't know why you don't just come inside (rudely). Ever since my coffee is always wrong and she's always rude. Weston st, Cedar st, and Windsor Locks employees are very professional and my coffee is always right. With the app all I say to them is good morning I have a mobile order and after receiving my coffee I say thank you and leave. I guess it's because she looks at my car and thinks I'm Mr. Wonderful and whoever that is. LOL.

Came here to get a coffee. Never write a bad review but this definitely deserves it. The lady in the drive through was real nasty when taking an order. When I get to the window she proceeds to talk like I wasn't hearing her about my order. Listen if you hate your job so bad just leave. I left without saying anything or getting my order.

I go out of my way, passing several other Dunkin donuts locations to come to this one. The lady that seems to be the manager is always friendly. The drive thru is fast but you will want to come in to experience this service.

Staff is very friendly. The food is good, but my iced latte was not good.i don't know what was added to it, but it was not the right drink. Their area was very clean. They had no napkins. Just a few things to improve. No ATM on site that works

Placed an order for a couple people. They gave me individual packages, which was quite nice. After I realized this would be a lot to carry by myself, I asked for a larger bag to put everything in. The first guy said “no problem!” And started to grab the bag. Then, THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER said “no, we’re not giving you a bag.” I couldn’t believe that. Food was okay and other than that it seems alright. Just an absolute absurdity
