If a customer is asking for their order a specific way, it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s done exactly how they requested not how you feel like doing it. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and get poor service in return. We’re the ones spending our money, and the least you can do is respect that. Customer service isn’t always easy, but that doesn’t excuse being careless or unprofessional. Do better.

Customer service is horrible. Yea did go to the wrong location to pick up my order but the mouths they have in there is unprofessional. There was literally no control in that place and I never go there because of it. This location is the most ghetto location there is. Someone needs to send someone from corporate to properly train them on speaking and working with customers properly.
