If a customer is asking for their order a specific way, it’s your responsibility to make sure it’s done exactly how they requested not how you feel like doing it. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and get poor service in return. We’re the ones spending our money, and the least you can do is respect that. Customer service isn’t always easy, but that doesn’t excuse being careless or unprofessional. Do better.

Customer service is horrible. Yea did go to the wrong location to pick up my order but the mouths they have in there is unprofessional. There was literally no control in that place and I never go there because of it. This location is the most ghetto location there is. Someone needs to send someone from corporate to properly train them on speaking and working with customers properly.

Unfortunately, I felt ignored and discriminated against when I visited this store. All the workers I asked if they could help me ignored me. I think we need more kindness towards others.
They don't smile, there playing in the back, they laugh as there cooking and while handing me my food,my food was ice cold, they burned my food twice,I feel like this location needs people that want to do the job, I worked for the company for years and this dunk8n on maple terrible.

Been to this Dunkin like 10 times since I moved to hartford and this place can not get an order correct at all. Literally every time? Very upset with the management here, and the one time they get their croissant stuffers I order one before work and it’s still frozen when I bite into it??? What’s wrong with this Dunkin seriously? This Dunkin starts my morning off bad every time I give them a chance to turn it around by just going there. Even a simple caramel coffee is too much to ask for because they’ll some how get it wrong still. I don’t even write reviews on google but this Dunkin is out of pocket. I worked at Dunkin before (2 years) and I promise you it’s never this complex as they make it.

This place is absolutely bad a worker name Daniel was yelling e asking what do I. Need to serve and a kid apparently minor age on Sunday 6 -9 -2024 around 11 am don’t know what he was doing and a lady yelling to everybody apparently their boss I will never return it again
