Not my "usual" Dunks stop. Not bad, but the cold brew had that weird, tangy flavor it gets sometimes

Order a bacon egg on cinnamon bagel 1 sandwich, I get home and go in the bag and I received a bagel with cream cheese (mind you receipt is on the bag). Drive back to Dunkin Donuts (15 minutes away) and to tell them there error and to receive my proper item I payed for. The lady hands me a wrap with bacon and cheese.(Again Wrong) SMH no apologies, no sorry we will do better next time, no sorry for your inconvenience just take your sandwich and go at this point im frustrated. For 1 sandwich can't be this difficult but obviously it is at this place. Dunkin Donuts and management should be embarrassed...never will return...

Horrible, worked here and never got reimbursed for my stuff that was stolen AND OTHER ISSUES when confronted over a minor customer issue one random day WHILE CLOCKED IN he didn’t want to hear it I was told he owned all the businesses in CT. Shiver me timber’s!!! If you own all the businesses this would’ve been handled. Needs counseling Horrible morale if looking for a job please stray away from Hartford locations until issue is settled.
