The employees are so LOW CLASS & TRASHY. I asked for a little bit of ice and extra cream in my strawberry refresher. The girl at the window was getting an attitude every time she spoke. When I got to the window I had regular cream and a full cup of ice. When I POLITELY asked for it to be made the way I asked, this lady who was further inside of the window started screaming and swearing about my mother and I wanting less ice. LITERALLY at the top of her lungs & going off about people thinking less ice means they get more drink. More cream actually gives me less of a drink once it's stirred, so it was a stupid argument and a crazy thing to get mad over when she made my drink incorrectly. I plan on contacting someone in the head office directly because, judging by all these reviews, this horrible staff has been an issue for a while and no one has fired these two horrendous women & given the job to people who should be working in customer service.

I am very das, there is a lady that with all due respect I don’t think she should be working in this industry. I believe we need to have a simple personality to work with people. She was extremely rude, and begin to yell because she couldn’t hear me. Which I understand I was in the passenger seat, but I believe there are ways to say things specially if you are working with people. I know Dublin donuts is a huge industry and won’t loose customer because of it, but I believe a business should expand their quality of service and seek to grow in the industry

Give this location 0/10. The workers are rude and disrespectful. I have lived in the area for 15 years and have been going to this location since it opened. It happened on more than one occasion where the girl that was working the window doesn’t like to extend her Arm to hand customers the items that they purchased. She literally took my card, swiped it, and when handing me my card back refused to lean forward, expecting me to lean all the way out of my car window to grab my card. For some context, I fractured my back last year, so leaning out of a car window is not the easiest for me to do. With that being said, I spoke to the general manager and voiced my concerns and told him that if she doesn’t know how to do her job, she shouldn’t be working the window. The general manager‘s name is Andre. Andre reassured me that he would take care of the situation. This morning, I went to Dunkin’ Donuts again on Flatbush and received the same horrible this tasteful unprofessional customer service that I received last time when I spoke to the manager because again it was the same girl in the window. Dunkin’ Donuts do better, especially you Andre, GM at Flatbush Ave location in Hartford , CT.

Whoever was working at Dunkin today at 8am needs to be fired. I did a mobile order for a drink, donut and bacon egg and cheese. Got my order drove off. As I’m on my way to work, I notice the sandwich feels thin. Why did I open it up and they gave me a BACON AND CHEESE SANDWICH. WHERE IS MY EGG? That’s beyond ridiculous for them to wrap a sandwich when it’s missing the main thing. That just ruined my morning and as always Hartford food services suck.
Dunkin Donuts is a joke now. NEVER again will I buy anything from here again. The Donuts shrunk. For 18 and change for a dozen I expect a lot more the jelly were 2.75 inches. The blueberry was normal size at 3.25 in. Here's a Pic. Pathetic.
