Argumentative staff. Reached my hand in the bag she gave me and pulled out a soggy munchkin. Circled around the drive thru to return it and worker says, “that’s not from us.” How?! Please just own the error and correct. Don’t try to blame the customer for your wet hand, or whatever made the donut wet. You’re working in a place surrounded by liquids! Smh. Kmt.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has crappy service rude people most of the time my order is wrong and they blame the customer. I was just sitting there yet again first rule of any job when you first learn how to do fast food they tell you to repeat the order back to the customer so you know that you get it right They don’t repeat it back. They blame the customer and don’t even know how to make their own products their menus are wrong sometimes and don’t have what you asked for this store. You are people place to go to have breakfast. Sometimes you start their day. You have an opportunity to make people’s day and make sure they have a good day and it will also help you to have a good day the fact that this Dunkin doesn’t seem to understand that is very sad

Arlene has terrible customer service. My little brother got confused and thought an order was his. As he went to go grab for it. Your employee rudely snatched the bag from my 11 year old brother. She did not say anything after either like nothing was wrong. I don’t think I’ll come back if you have workers doing that first thing in the morning l
