Terrible place with rude customer service. For the customer service here, you'd believe the food wasn't dry and awful, but I guess it adds up with the horrendous attitude received. Utter disbelief how the staff still work here. With the way I was treated and spoken to, I'm surprised this place isn't up in flames. 0/100

I recently purchased a coffee and the assistant manager on site was combative and engaged in arguing behavior just because I asked for oatmilk (which is less sweeter than almond milk). She went on and on insisiting that my choice of oatmilk was futile because she believes it's sweeter than almond milk. She was so angry that she even asked someone else to help me after she began to make my order, and they both grinned at each other because she refused to make my order in a very public display. People who behave this way in customer service specifically those who hate their jobs and therefore have terrible attitudes end up making and serving awful coffee etc, which is what occurred. In the end, the "coffee" they made wasn't drinkable or digestible. I informed some of my friends about the incident and they immediately told me that they never visit the Weston St location because of the persistent rudeness among staff at this location and my knowing this now informs my choice to never return! I sincerely wish zero were an option because I think giving 1 is dishonest and doesn't accurately depict this unfortunate waste of time, energy, and money. I came for coffee not a morning debate.

I order the Sweet black pepper bacon sandwich and tell girl to make bacon crispy and the Kid making it have a problem making it the way you want and doesn't make it right Please get Rid of this Kid Smh!!!

They are always pleasant. I didnāt go inside the facility; yet at the drive through- you can hear the laughter and positive interaction between employees while getting orders ready. From experience- it makes it a great environment for customers also.
Vegetarian options: Not sure about what level of vegetarian; no meat is always an option on many of the items as well as no dairy- if eggs are a no go then this might not be a place for a vegan.
Dietary restrictions: Unless you have a lot of allergies and have gluten sensitivity then this is always an option. Not sure what gluten free items are on the menu. Once you let the workers know about the allergies- they are very helpful.
Parking: This Dunkin is close to the highway next to a gas station and post office. So even if itās busy- you can park at either place and walk over.
Wheelchair accessibility: Didnāt see any issues.
