Its a vast DD space with a very large waiting line area. Not terribly conducive for that DD sit down kind of feeling. But convenient because its directly off of a few city bus stops. Of course, the same standards apply to the coffees, etc, but I found myself waiting one day for a plain coffee, with few people there. And the decaf in the half caf/half decaf, was anything but fresh. Perhaps they were light on crew. Anyhow, they close very early and are not open on Sundays. This would appear to be the store to be open for any visitors coming into Hartford. Hartford Downtown closes almost all stores on Sundays. It would make sense to keep this one OPEN.

Thus is an Awesome location. Friendly great service ,always with any employee. It's so nice to see people who are genuinely happy, so nice and want to help you w suggestions or however they can . Everything has always been very fresh. So happy I found this location. Also had other great places in the same area !!they are re doing the whole area and line still moved fast with all the work going on around!!!

the people wwho run this storee are the pettiest people i have ever encountered , every time you ask them to put this or put that in your coffee or toast your bagel i have to charge you they say. i am not he only person this happens to either. i have a business on pratt street i use to ggo there 3 times a day or i would go to one of the other two in close proximity to my office. can you imagine asking one of these people to toast and put butter on your bagel and having one of them say i have to charge you ! but the attitude these people present themselves with is disgusting ! because of their sheer hatred for their job and their attitude .i will not nor will i ever do business with dunkin.plus i heard that they steal the little change they charge for these menial things you ask for . must suck makin 30 40 grand a year.
