Downtown Hartford location is closed on the weekends not good at all

We went during Halloween for the donut thing and arrived at about 6:50, we waited a bit for them to notice us and they said they weren't doing it anymore and it ended at 7. Now mind you they still had donuts out and everything, and it was 10 minutes until it closed, they were also a bit rude besides a dude who gave us goodies bags as an apology. Crayons, tattoos, and candy. Overall it sucked, on top of my normal food orders getting messed up, altered, or waiting after the people who came after me for my food.

Worst experience ever. Cashier didn't understand English the person she called over to help their speech wasn't any better. They both never heard of the drink I was ordering (new pumpkin ice coffee) no one could answer any of my questions. I ended up just leaving this is why I stick with starbucks

Ordered a $6 meal deal with a decaf iced coffee, a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and hash browns. Didn't get any hash browns, and my coffee definitely wasn't decaf. Bagel was as I ordered it and good though, so there's that

Most Dunkins around here if you ask for your bagel to be toasted, even if you ask them to double toast it, they only let the bagel look at the oven in terror for half a second before pulling it away so that somehow it's actually colder than it was.
Just now, 258pm on April 29th, I ordered the $6 Meal Deal and asked for the bagel that my sandwich was on to be toasted. Now, I bit down into it expecting the bagel to be softer than the down on a baby duck, but boy did I get the surprise of my life. For the first time in about 25 years, my bagel was actually crunchy and REALLY toasted. Best sausage egg and cheese on a toasted sesame seed bagel I have had in decades, all because the employee actually read that the bagel should be toasted.
Now to go get dental work done to repair my broken teeth from the unexpected crunchiness.

My Saturday morning breakfast is always at dunkin's with Dunkin donuts are delicious and my tater tots are nice and hot and my sandwich is always ready and warm and it's a friendly atmosphere

Great staff in the mornings! Coffee and food is always on point. Minus one star for the atmosphere as there are too many bums solicitating money or cigarettes from everyone going to work in the am, and it’s always the same ones

Everytime I'm in the US I go to Dunkin cause I love their drinks. I really enjoyed that Dunkin cause you can order on control terminals. So practical cause I'm french with a bad accent and they often have trouble understanding me !!! So there no problem, and I love how you can customize everything.Just one downside !!! I wanted to go back on saturday, and they are closed on week ends !!! That felt so weird to us !

I asked for two egg whites with cheese on English muffins Instead I got two wraps with egg whites and cheese I tried to explain to the gentleman behind the counter and he claimed that's what was on the receipt and there was nothing they can do
