Im going to stop ordering from this spot unfortunalty, ordered a mobile order and had a disagreement due to a coffee being wrong, i turned around and came back to try and get the coffee adjusted. I spoke with the worker who was very unprofessional and rude. I showed her the receipt and she kept repeating to me that the order did not get received that way and that we messed up after repeatedly showing her the receipt which didnt have the coffee they made on it. She said its free just take it, it was only free because we used our rewards and claimed it. No Matter what i said she didnt budge, i felt like i was talking to a wall. I left the coffee there and went home to find out that the entire order was wrong, my sandwich was an egg and cheese, i dont eat pork due to religious and health reasons and they added bacon. Extremely dissapointed because its close to where i live, they changed the workers like clockwork and its never for the better. Last time ill be ordering from there.

Horrible!!! Stopped there after my sisters appointment to eat in with her. The treatment was awful. We waited exactly 10mns (paid at 3:23pm and got my food at 3:33pm)
Just 2 bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel. The 2 young females preparing them said she did not want to make them because she had to make the food for the drive thru customers(like if thats my problem) um there were 5 employees there and they weren't moving.. 🙄🙄 they were just laughing and joking. The 2 females were flirting with the drive thru costumers (which i couldn't careless as long as you make my food)
They were all super loud. The place was filthy. Tables were dirty and so was the floor.. bad experience and will NEVER come back to this place. I love DD but not this one. Employee needs to get restrained

Bad customer service cussing in the drive thru while I'm just trying to get my food

I was in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes and reached the speaker around 11:20am. When I got to the window, I was asked to pay—even though I had already placed and paid for a mobile order. I was also asked what I ordered- as they were unsure.

One of the items I ordered was a chocolate frosted donut. I’ve attached a photo of what I received—not sure if the picture does it justice, but it had very little frosting, and I was surprised it was served that way.

None of these issues are major on their own, but all of them together definitely made me consider driving a bit farther to go to a better Dunkin’ in the future!

Hours online are wrong cost me money for nothing i ordered food to pick up got charged got there at 530 they are still closed until 6 am website says 430 online says 430 sign at store says 6 also the employees there said same thing not fair like Dunkin robed me

The donuts look as though they pulled them out of a garbage bin. The service or attitudes were great. The presentation needs a complete renovation. I would not buy donuts at this location again.

I am a daily customer and have been for years, the past couple weeks the store has been not at all comfortable. I understand people have been moved around because of Cromwell remodeling, but normally I can walk in and say “hey my beautiful people, and as I leave I always tell everyone to stay safe. But the last two weeks my drinks are awful, customer service has changes in the last two weeks, I no longer feel like this store is my comfort place. Which is so very sad! But between the change in management and the random employees I am so disappointed. Whats going on? I feel like I need a new place to go.
There are only a couple people left that make it friendly, not sure what happened but I want my people back. I had a close relationship with. I have medical issues and I always enjoyed the conversations with pleasant people, something has changed, not for the better this is for Washington Street, Middletown, Ct 06457
