Ordered a medium hot chocolate, first of it was just water nasty and disgusting. Second of they took about 15 in drive thru just to get that drink, then. When I get to the window they are joking and cursing up a storm. Never will go mr eddie pine and his people need to get they stuff together with the employees they have.

I had a terrible experience here. I ordered a Mocha coffee with one espresso shot and paid for it, but they didn’t even include the shot. When I brought it up, instead of fixing it, they argued with me! The staff was rude, and the coffee was just as bad. Definitely not worth the money. I will never come back here again. Absolutely disappointing.Their behavior and Coffee both sucks

Haven’t been here in a long time and service used to be good. Today the dude at the cashier is just worried about the people he knows, that are coming into Dunkin’ Donuts. It had to be about 10 to 12 of his friends and family members, and he and them didn’t give a damn about anybody else sitting there waiting to order. You’re trying to put in your order, and ask him questions but he’s not even paying attention. The order came out completely wrong. I only came here because it was a right across the street.
Go to another one, because this one is horrible. The manager need to do a better job of hiring and training these employees.

This is for the Dunkin’ Donuts at 255 Farmington ave in Hartford. This is a drive through worth driving to and driving through. I like the mid day crew and always stop in that time frame . Friendly glad to wait on you today service . This shoukd be a model store for the Dunkin chain . The food is good the coffee is awesome and the wait is never unreasonable. Good people doing great jobs !

My first time in this DD lobby it just have few chairs and tables. There's like 9 people behind the counter no one came to take my order. Had to leave with nothing ordered. Parking space is almost full probably with just employees cars.
Dieta windows , bathroom totally a mess customers are not interested in employees private life (so close your mouth) dining area with tables dirty in a location that can be runned by 2 parking lot not safe for customers broken glass needles and garbage on the floor

The cashier was on her phone. I waited a while with the payment in hand because she was focused on her phone. However my coffee came out great 😁.... (Because I watch and instruct as they make it. For $6 I need it to be Right. I work in healthcare coffee is the highlight of my morning.

They do not know how to make coffee. 2nd day my Mocciato taste like nothing. Which is crazy if you added unsweetened vanilla and 2 splendor. If you don't drink the coffee you don't know how to make the coffee. The short older women always want to argue back and fourth. The only good thing about here is the guy from Togo ?? he is the best person they have everyone else is out to lunch.
