I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing at this location. Over the past few weeks, the store has not been opening on time. The posted hours say it opens at 5:00 AM, but on several occasions when I arrive around 5:30–5:35 AM, it’s closed no one to be around or the store is just beginning to open. At times, it does not open until 6:00 AM.
This issue seems to occur only when the same gentleman is working the morning shift. He takes a long time to get started, appears to be in no rush when taking or preparing orders, and often has an unfriendly attitude. A few times he has even forgotten part of my order, such as my drink, and I’ve had to remind him—even though I was the only customer there.
On the other hand, when the ladies are working, the store always opens on time. Everything is ready, the service is efficient, and they are cheerful and welcoming.
I wanted to share this because it’s becoming a pattern, and it makes a big difference in the customer experience. I hope this can be addressed so that mornings are consistent and customers can rely on the posted opening hours.

Employees are rude, talk too much amongst themselves. Ruined a lot of orders while I waited 10 minutes for coffee and bagel. Management must not care. Flies everywhere, they do not use gloves as they should and reuse products. Keep away or you’ll end up getting sick. I do not recommend this location. 0/5

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts everyday and everyday it’s a different charge for the same thing I get which is a medium ice coffee with a bagel with butter or I just get a donut I have all my receipts and they are all different extra charges one day 50 cent for extra butter another day is 1$ another day I’m getting charged a swirl fee when the coffee suppose to come with a flavor and I only get 2 bumps of carmal when a medium is 3 I don’t know what it’s going on but I am not happy about it and the women who work there are very rude

One of the short light skinned female employee seems like she’s always high and doesn’t want to take your order. Or she will suddenly get amnesia (probably due to drug use while on the clock) I did not mention her name because your employees conveniently do not wear name tags. Like 4 or 5 employees there this morning no other customers except for the drive through and you mean to tell me you can’t take a simple coffee order? 5 people do not need to work in on the drive though of a gas station lol. I was going to this Dunkin every morning.. not anymore! I never have ANY issues when I go to Starbucks!
