I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts everyday and everyday it’s a different charge for the same thing I get which is a medium ice coffee with a bagel with butter or I just get a donut I have all my receipts and they are all different extra charges one day 50 cent for extra butter another day is 1$ another day I’m getting charged a swirl fee when the coffee suppose to come with a flavor and I only get 2 bumps of carmal when a medium is 3 I don’t know what it’s going on but I am not happy about it and the women who work there are very rude

One of the short light skinned female employee seems like she’s always high and doesn’t want to take your order. Or she will suddenly get amnesia (probably due to drug use while on the clock) I did not mention her name because your employees conveniently do not wear name tags. Like 4 or 5 employees there this morning no other customers except for the drive through and you mean to tell me you can’t take a simple coffee order? 5 people do not need to work in on the drive though of a gas station lol. I was going to this Dunkin every morning.. not anymore! I never have ANY issues when I go to Starbucks!

I would give the evening crew more stars if I could. The morning crew never makes my food good. My sandwich is always barely toasted and coffee is never consistent. The morning crew cab be super rude at times as well.

This location is ok at best, there are times that I go there and we get good service but my most recent visit, they usually close at 7, but I got there a 6:45 just to order a hot coffee and the employee was pretty cocky in saying that they were cleaning up and closing and all I was trying to to get was just a hot coffee, and there's been other times I've gone and asked for the midnight blend coffee, they would tell me that they didn't have any and didn't even offer to make a fresh pot, it's literally a hit or miss when I go there, and you do get decent service, but they don't really go above and beyond for their customers.

Two new Puerto Rican women that work there ones a step mom to the other ... the older woman had the most disgusting attitude ever and didn't even get my order right after the 3x I had her repeat it... and had an attitude about it... if you're going to act like a clown at least get my order right... at the window after repeating it for the 4th time still didn't get it right ... then the other girl had the audacity to say "that's my step mom" girl I don't care if that was your real mother ... get it together

Rude! I tried to get an empty cup and I had to pay 27cents. No problem. I turned to get the money from my car and the server went OFF on her coworker thinking she gave me this 27 CENT cup for free. It was completely uncalled for and I felt so sorry for the cashier. Never will I go to this location again.
