I will have to try something different. The smoothie was nice just needed to be colder.

So fortunate to have found this restaurant while visiting hartford, being both vegan and gluten free can sometimes present some challenges while traveling. The food was incredibly fresh and tasted so good. Had so many gluten free items to choose from and the young woman who took our order was friendly and helpful in helping me pick out the non spicy food items.

Love this spot! The jerk tofu and wilted green are the best.

I wish they were open later on weekdays because I would totally swing by after work.

A small food stop with a couple of spaces out front for parking. Inside you order your food at the counter and can eat it to-go. If you eat there they will give you regular utensils, but there are only a few seats. I showed up at the end of breakfast and they had a lot of pasty style foods. Fried dough stuffed with delicious fillings. They also had a breakfast that included potatoes, vegan sausage, and tofu egg scramble. It was seasoned so well and was absolutely delicious! It was large and filling. I would definitely get anything here that sounds good to you. It was nice to get a hot homemade meal that was fully vegan for breakfast

This is one of my new all time favorite restaurants! It's super delicious, super healthy and super creative. I was blown away and became a return customer the same week. The staff brings such a friendly vibe. What an amazing combination of Jamaican flavors and vegan whole grain options. I love that we can choose from the 3, 5, or 8 dishes combo and they are often changing up the selections with fresh surprises. The see moss protein shake was awesome. I can't speak highly enough about this culinary team and what their doing. I want these folks to take this place national. With just a few seats inside, plan to take your food to the nearby park. I'm sharing my perspective as a former chef and food as medicine cooking school grad. Please check this place out asap and enjoy!

The Jamaican food is delicious as are the patties (pumpkin spice should just be called spiced pumpkin - it was delicious, as was the soy fish. The ackee was a bit bland). They had delicious ginger and hibiscus juice. The Indian style food was not as flavorful as I'm used to Indian food being.

There's a counter by the window with stools for eating at, but most people take out. I didn't get the sense that the restaurant was very welcoming. They couldn't be bothered to answer our questions about the food (my toddlers can't handle spicy food right now and when we asked if they could recommend the least spicy pattie, they insisted that all the patties were not spicy despite the ones we had clearly having pepper or ginger in them), and acted as if I was bothering them when I tried to confirm where to put the dirty utensils (nothing was labeled but I'm apparently supposed to just know that the empty metal can is for dirty utensils).

I don't rate places based on atmosphere or this place would be a 2 based on how unwelcoming and difficult to eat in it was. Food-wise it was a 5 for the Jamaican and 3 for the Indian, so I averaged it to 4 overall.

Got a mix of things and the flavors just weren't for me. But my bf wolfed it down.

Everything here really hit the spot!!! I went in and purchased a bit of everything. Everything turned out to be really yummy and satisfying. The food is healthy and vegan but not weird :) I would recommend getting one of their drinks that they make and some of their ice cream as well. Oh and also definitely some of the savory pastries they have!!!
