I absolutely love this place! Great vegan food, and the owners are wonderful people!

There are 4-5 high chairs to a stand that can be used for dine in. The ackee patty was buttery savory and so flavourful. The spice burrito was aslo good but not as good as the patty. They have a good spread of jamaican vegan food. The restaurant is small and limited staff so you might have to stand in line for a bit to place your order.

so many ital (rasta vegan) choices! a steam table with at least 9 compartments, plus a warming case full of different filled patties of caribbean godness, cooked and served by wonderful, friendly rasta people. great value, too many opportunities to mix/match/combine! tough to make a decision, but it's got to be yours!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great vibes and excellent food. The only problem is that serious mental gymnastics are required to lock down exactly what to order...because there are so many good options! (a good problem to have I suppose) A+ / will most certainly be back.

I meant to take pictures before we ate, But I couldn't wait to get home and doug right in, in the car. I stopped in and bought one of every patty that was left unavailable as well as some juice, Cookies and A meal. For starters it's a tiny place but it has a huge taste. You can smell the minute you pull up. All those spices delicious. I can't speak more highly of another restaurant that's all vegan. Do yourself a favor and stop in here. I recommend the mac and cheese and the barbecue tofu. But the sausage tofu scramble was by far my favorite. Write a long side to smoked gooda one.

This was this one of the restaurants that popped up when I asked for best vegan food and hot food. They are not kidding. They have a plethora of different patties and burritos, dinner plates a porridge that I had no idea what to expect but it's really a delicious blend of nutrients in a smooth consistency that's flavorful with a hint of cinnamon it's really delicious I had no idea what to expect. And they had a delightful sorrel, not too sweet or spicy, and lots of other things on the menu I would love to try including barbecue tofu. Shout out to Harold, a regular, who gave me some tips on what to get and he was 100% on point. I will definitely be back when I visit Hartford.Vegetarian options: All vegan

Super yummy little Jamaican vegan spot. I came in for breakfast they had the most bomb sausage I mabie have ever had, spicy potatoes, and a tofu scramble. Lots of pastry type offerings in the case, and smoothies. Everything was fire!

Wonderfully varied and delicious menu proving that Jamaican food can be just as delicious without animal products. Bravo!
