Through the grapevine (social media pages I follow), we heard that Chef Van Hurd from Season 6 of Hell's Kitchen was now the executive chef here at Fire By Forge! So naturally, we pulled up to check it out! (Disclaimer: Chef told me that he was so new there that his featured items hadn't hit the menu at that time. ALSO, he's been long gone from there at the time of this review.) So anyway, here's how things went!

EXCELLENT staff!! Great food!! Always an awesome experience whether dining in the restaurant or enjoying the deliciousness at one of the events catered by FxF. Can’t say enough about the amazing FxF team!
It’s not often that I visit a new restaurant and have everything. go. PERFECTLY. Fire by Forge did it. No cap frfr or whatever the kids say. Will be back, many times, and highly recommend.

Fire by Forge is a well-lit restaurant with a cool building and ample seating space. The lunch menu offers a variety of options, including boa buns, onion soup, steak sandwich, and the Cuban.
