I love the ice cream from the original Frisbie's Diary Barn. So happy to see a location in Parkville market. Ice cream had the same nice quality from their original location. Flavors are limited though. Even the ones shown in the menu were not available in the freezer. I had a 3 scoop. Blue devil cookie monster was my favorite. Salted caramel had pecan it, which was a nice twist. Raspberry cheesecake was ok.

Is there anything better than locally made ice cream? I personally think not. Frisbie's Dairy Barn has their ice cream made in New Britain, and it's delicious. I tried the Blue Devil Cookie monster, and it was rather hard but very smooth. The hot chocolate is served warm and a great accompaniment. The line can get long so be prepared, and read the menu while you wait so you can order promptly! While at Parkville Market a few days ago, I was in the mood for something sweet. I decided to try Frisbie's Ice Cream. I asked if they could give me two half scoops, but I guess the girl either didn't hear me, or couldn't fulfill my basic request, I ended up with way more ice cream then I'd like. It's fine since my friend shared with me. I got Blue Devil Cookie Monster and Newington Nutella. I was really curious in Newington Nutella.
