Very cool spot in West Hartford with a fun concept. It's got a brewery type vibe with a nice patio area outdoors with various types of well thought out seating areas. A rotating selection of food trucks are parked adjacent to this area and serve food for lunch, dinner and into the evening. Inside is additional seating and a bar area. Occasionally bands will play on one end of the room. I love that they promote original music here. The food will largely depend on what food trucks are there. Seems like two different ones during the week and three on weekends. They seem to be well curated for quality and variety though. In addition to this they have a small burger and fries type menu inside. The tap list is very solid here featuring a nice variety with many local offerings. The regular staff here who run the bar and deal with general operations are great. Very helpful and friendly all around. Check their social media for food truck and band listings and go check this place out!

Super cool concept and awesome place - inside and outside spaces both great to hang. Variety of food with house menu and food trucks is awesome. Some vegan options as well. Service was fantastic - we will definitely go back!

First time at GastroPark and I loved it! They have rotating food trucks every day and I tried the special platter at Hindsight BBQ's truck which included smoked Turkey breast, lolli-pop lamb chops, bedazzled coleslaw, and (they ran out of the Mac and cheese so we substituted for their) French fries. I just realized while I'm writing this that they did not give me my cornbread, which is a bummer but I'll give them benefit of the doubt that they forgot. The food was delicious and seasoned well. They had plentiful outdoor seating, and a table with swinging chairs which was super fun. They also have indoor seating which is air conditioned for hotter days along with a bar. Their happy hour today (Sunday) was 4pm-close so we enjoyed their sangria with our meal. So good overall!

How can you go wrong with a a food truck part when you have options for everyone! Today we chose Hindsight BBQ and Lobster Tails food truck. Just an fyi, the gastropark is home to many food trucks and you never know which truck is going to be there. Hindsight BBQ: ordered the Brisket Philly Empanadas and the Pull Pork with Mac & Cheese.. The empanadas was a great choice, the meat had great flavors and the shell was just right not too doughy. The pull pork and Mac & cheese was another good option but the bbq sauce was just ok. Lobster Tails: we had the CT Lobster in a cup. I was a little bit hesitant ordering lobster from a truck but the lobster was great! No need to drive to the shoreline when you can find Lobster Tails around the corner. This was a perfect outdoor seating option on a beautiful summer day. The service was fast and staff on both trucks were super friendly.

GastroPark is an eatery comprised of trendy food trucks. I ordered a fish taco. The taco included fresh vegetables, grilled fish, and an amazing array of sauce and seasoning. Meanwhile, my boyfriend ordered fried chicken with potato wedges. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The service was excellent as I received my order in a prompt and professional manner. The ambiance is great as outside dining is available to patrons. The interior of the establishment is rustic as it is adorned with solid wood finishing.

On a scale of 1-10, this food truck is an 11. We visited on a weekend they were serving at a brewery and I am so impressed! The servers were so friendly! And the food was outstanding. We tried the birria tacos, shrimp quesadilla, carne asada tacos, and the churros. Everything was so amazing. The sides and sauces were so fresh. I would literally seek out where this truck is just for the food. Highly recommend!

I got a chicken burrito bowl from Fuego when they were at Gastropark yesterday and my bowl was outstanding (the plantains!! <3). My friend got a quesadilla that smelled and looked SO good too. Every single thing in the bowl was delicious including the little salad/slaw. Highly recommend.

It was a pretty special Valentine's Day at The GastroPark this year. Not only were Glizzburgers on the menu, but the one and only The Vulgar Chef was there to hand deliver his one a kind creations! Ever been in a situation where you had to ask yourself, "Should I have a hot dog or a cheeseburger?" The Glizzburger is here to save the day. Trending Food Report 2024- no doubt! The Glizzburger inserts a burger right in the middle of a hot dog on a mayonnaise griddled Portuguese roll using meats from Connecticut's very own Martin Rosol's Meats. And then there are the toppings! -Poor Man's Poutine- potato sticks, Land O Lakes American Cheese and Bear's Smokehouse Brisket Gravy! -French Funyun- Caramelized Onions, Funyuns, Dijon Mustard, Ketchup and Land O Lakes American Cheese. -KMRO- Ketchup, Mustard, Relish and Dried Onion. -The Classic- Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles and Land O Lakes American Cheese. I think it was a tie between the Classic and the Funyun for me! The pickles on the Classic really brought it home :) There was even a Down and Dirty martini with a Slim Jim heart on the menu. True foodie love at it's best on a holiday celebrating love :)

How have I not been here until now?! Such a cute vibe tucked into WeHa. On a Saturday afternoon in the middle of February and freezing temps- GastroPark was still PACKED! People were sitting outside by the firepits and indoors. It was so fun to see so much life in the middle of winter. I can only imagine how fun Gastropark would be in the spring/ summertime with warmer temps. I loved the table with the swing chairs- wish there were more of those! So fun! I also love the various food trucks, perkatory roasters, bar indoors, and small state foods. The local craft vendors were also an added touch. We had such a great time! My husband and I would love to come back for trivia. Seriously such a local gem! Check it out!

Literally had no idea this place existed until today when my boxing coach mentioned it. I hopped in the car and drove over, past it actually, and had to swing back around. There's not a lot of parking, so not sure where people park in the summer when I imagine it gets even more packed. I popped in to try perkatory here but I'll def have to come back later to check everything else out. Now I know what everyone's been talking about when they mention GastroPark!
