I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. They are never open or either closed before the hours their store says they’re open until. When they are open and you walk in the owner doesn’t even acknowledge your presence or say anything to make you feel welcomed for coming in to support her business . Last week I had a incident where i walked in to get a bowl and the worker stated “she was closed and had to go because she needed to pick up her daughter” with 2 customers still in the store and the doors open she shouted im closed and will not take your order . So as I leave I wondered how many other customers she turned down and spoke this rudely too . First and foremost If you are closed and still have customers inside you should lock the doors that way no more customers come inside and be turned down . It was very rude of her and let’s just say I will not be returning to support this place

My first time visiting this establishment. I will it return. I came in 2 hours before close. One teammate told and other teammate that there a customer. They both looked at me & nothing. I stood there for 4 mins(I’ve already reviewed the menu but I was looking for the team’s personal opinion) I was visibly ready to engage with the team but still nothing. After one gentleman was done preparing a to go order, they were sampling drinks from a patron that walked in after me. It was disheartening

When I walked in the place it (looked) clean but there was a big roach on the counter and nothing on the menu was available except smoothies and rotten fruit bowls. The fruit was old and still being served anyways. That’s not good I bought a burnt Pattie anyways for 5 bucks but never will I return

It was honestly awful. As someone whose worked in customer service positions --I don't understand, how this store is still in business. I've had four interactions and all of them missed the mark.The first time I entered the store, the store associate didn't acknowledge my existence, with a friendly greeting or hello. The gentlemen were taking care of another guest; however, it took incredibly long-time. Which is strange as the fast-casual demographic isn't going to wait 30 minutes for the completion of one order. I waited patiently finally order a Spicy-Lemonade. I tasted it, gave it a chance, it was sour. Forgive me, but I think a drink should taste--good. I swished it around my mouth and promptly dumped it into a bush. I didn't go back immediately and ask for a refund because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes.I kept the receipt and promptly went back to get a refund or a replacement. I was told a manager would have to do that. Again, I waited quite some time, as speed of order completion was again --slow.I then called days later got another person and was told "The manger is currently traveling. I'm only helping out."I reached out online; through, Facebook and got no reply back.The lack of customer service, the long wait time, poor product and disinterest to make it right, makes me question--how on earth is this business still alive?I assume the pandemic resulted in a high-turnover rate, which led to poor quality in service, and product. Plus understaffing. I watched an individual cancel their order due to the slow pace. I wanted to like this place so much---but I can go get better service at Dunkin. Get a frozen coffee and couple of donuts for the same price-point of a terrible drink. Rush Bowls was better. Even across the at Pietro's Pizza, I was acknowledged and promptly given service.Learn from my mistake--don't waste your money, here.

Really weird experience today. I came in and the staff was wearing pajama bottoms and was kind of unpleasant, she was starring in my face super hard and it was uncomfortable . She didn’t offer any suggestions for products & they don’t even have oatmeal anymore! Then on top of that , they have a $10 card minimum! I will not be returning.

For the first time today I ordered a healthy combination of veg and fruit smoothie from this fine establishment!!! And I must say that it was pretty good ☺️???❤️?!!! And I will be going back to try out something else real soon!!!A job well done to Juices and Acai !!! Please come and check em out for yourself okay ??❣️!!!

I love Acai bowls and I wish I could have given this place a much better review. The store was clean and the staff was attentive. The problem was that they didn't have much available, even though it's on the menu. Either it's on the menu and service it or cover up the selections that you don't have available.I absolutely hate it when you see something that you like and spent a few minutes debating over it to tell you that they don't have it. And, it wasn't just one item, it was several items.
