I went there at 6:04 and they had no available food remaining and they were beginning to clean up. This is ridiculous, a whole hour before? I’d under those last few minutes or even half but a whole hour? Serve food until you are CLOSED! Thanks.

Best place to go to for beef patties
I don't eat black oxtail on NO day of the week. This place is good only for those who can't cook Jamaican food. As a Jamaican I will by their beef patties if there are no other options and I love their bake goods such as their buns.
The food is always on point. Packed with flavor, and so scrumptious and satisfying.
Spicy beef patty with coco bread and cheese is amazing. Love the jerk chicken.

The only thing that actually taste good is the patties & fried dumplings. I ordered their Ackee & Saltfish in a large. When I made it home & began eating the food it didn’t taste good at all when I tell you it was not seasoned properly and just unpleasant. The container looked small so I called and spoke with one of the servers who apologized and advised she’d let the chef know but when I’m in the area to please stop in and they can sub for 2 patties. I called today because I was back in the area but this time the staff relayed the message to a supervisor. I explained the detail and she apologized but said because it was 5 days ago she couldn’t do anything nor did anyone write my name down even though I had the card I used to purchase so they could pull the receipt. As I said before I don’t live in the area so yes it took a few days to come back to the store. Furthermore they definitely could have acknowledged my request for a substitute item but chose not to. The size in the picture is a small not the large I paid & asked for.
