Han Hot Pot House offers a clean and well-maintained space, particularly with seating arrangements that make the hot pot experience comfortable and enjoyable. However, the food itself was a mixed bag—while the concept is appealing, the execution felt messy and the flavors only average. It’s not a bad place per se, but it doesn’t quite elevate the hot pot dining experience to something memorable. Still, if you want a reliable spot with decent cleanliness and atmosphere for hot pot, this is worth considering.

I love Han Hot Pot and it’s one of our regular favorites. The sukiyaki vegetarian broth is some of the best hot pot broth I’ve ever had. It’s always quiet and service is always smooth. I love it here!

One of our new favorite spots. As much delicious hot pot as you want. Not cheap, but worth it.

I'm an absolute fan of this place! I love it so much. The hosts and servers are a big part of the reason my sister (they call her spicy girl lol) and I always come back. I usually get the mushroom broth and my sister always gets the Chengdu. Love their sauce bar, it's AYCE and they have some great meat, veggie, and seafood selections. If you are feeling for a drink get the lychee martini! It will not disappoint.

I have been to China multiple times and have eaten authentic hot pot a lot. Trust me when I tell you that Han's hot pot is mediocre, at best. Unfortunately, they are the only hot pot in the area, so we go there when we are tired and don't want to make it at home. We have eaten there at least a dozen times and until now the staff has always been very friendly to us. Anyone from the service industry knows that when you tip via credit card, the server may not be getting the tip or only partial, running through the credit card makes it easy for the management to take it. So I make a point of tipping cash. Last week, my wife, kids and I drove down (about 45 minutes from the house to Han) to have some hot pot. We were seated immediately, and we were looking through the menu to decide what sides we wanted. I'm not sure if he is the manager now or just the lead server, came over to my wife and showed her a receipt. He then showed it to me and asked if I signed it, it was the receipt from our last time there, it was my signature. He was upset that we did not leave a tip from our last time there and asked what was wrong with their service. Getting a little defensive, I reminded him that I left cash, he didn't seem to accept that answer, so I reminded him that tips are voluntary, not mandatory. He said, "we live off tips, if you don't tip I will not serve you anymore" and walked away from the table. This guy literally kept my receipt from our previous visit, put it in a file and waited for us to come back, so he could refuse to serve us. He wouldn't acknowledge any cash we left. After sitting there, embarrassed that he did that in front of the whole restaurant, I walked over to chat with him at the checkout register. I initially wanted to just leave, but my family was hungry, and we had already sat down, so I told him that I would make sure to add the tip to the credit card this time. He still didn't serve us, but had the new guy serve us, and we got some dirty looks while we ate. I went over and paid the bill and left a tip on the credit card receipt, he was acting like a child giving me silent treatment and just grunts for answers. I will now try to remind everyone that I recommended going there to stay away. To treat customers like that is very unprofessional, they get away with it because they are the only Sichuan hot pot restaurant in the area. This whole time I never read any of their reviews, I am shocked to see so many similar stories about TIPS.

Too demanding on Tips, threaten " no tips, no service".

Starting Sept 2024 there’s a new format for ordering. No more hot chicken wings made to order, only cold fried chicken parts that have been sitting out at the sauce bar. Order all you can eat and any ingredients you want, but if you can’t eat it all there’s no taking home leftovers. Server forgot our drinks. The restaurant was shorthanded so waiting for the check took 20 minutes. Gratuity was included already on the bill.
