Probably the best poke bowl I've ever had. Every bite had enormous amounts of flavor. I even told my colleagues I wanted to get a second one the same night if I didn't try other companies food as well.

Food is pretty good when you can get it but the service is terrible. If there is any difficulty with online ordering they don't care and won't help.

“A fall from grace” is the only—and most appropriate—way to describe this spot. Small portions, horrible service and poor quality of ingredients make this the place NOT to come if you are at Parkville.
Want to spend $15 (or more if they are feeling greedy) for a barely full small bowl? Then you are in for a treat! All the workers aside from the two women (an Indian woman and an elderly Asian woman) seem to have an issue with serving proper portions or giving proper customer service. Shoutout to the guy with glasses and septum as he never fails to roll his eyes, condescendingly talk to the customer or even, talk smack in Spanish thinking people do not understand him. Shoutout too for closing an hour early while people were still looking to order despite the hours listed saying otherwise.
Have been coming here since the spot is a staple of Parkville but Jesus, what a disappointment it is to come here every time and barely eat something. Other Poké spots in the area offer more food, better ingredients and all while paying for less!

The owner is absolutely disgusting—she doesn’t clean her store and has a terrible attitude. My husband simply asked to see the size of a container, and she sighed and responded with unnecessary attitude. It’s clear she doesn’t care about customers or cleanliness, and the food is far from top tier. The quality has seriously gone downhill.

The staff here are very rude especially the woman who is owner. She started yelling at the kid making our drinks, not sure why but I assumed it was because he put too much tea/heart jelly and not enough ice because when she makes the drink it’s filled with ice and barely any jelly compared to how he made it. The only time I ate here I was disappointed because the guy making my meal wasn’t answering my questions about the bowl I was getting. He completed soaked the entire bowl in a very spicy sauce so I had to throw the whole thing away because of how spicy it was.

On my latest trip to Parkville Market, I decided to give this Poke spot a chance. Their "Green Monster" bowl was very fresh and tasted much like the sea. The colors were vibrant and made for a very instagramable dish. If you like Poke, definitely give this place a chance.
Every time I order from them on Uber Eats they're constantly forgetting something literally every single time! Horrible customer service!

Best spot in PVM. The tamago-onugiri sandwich is a must and is the best item in the foodcourt. Their drinks are super refreshing and cheap too.
Horrible. Terrible. Glutened me. Said I have a gluten allergy. Found a NOODLE in my bowl after I was halfway done eating. Tested with my nima sensor. Came back gluten found. I used to like this place. The poke by love art in boston was great. This place sucks if you have allergies. The food tastes good though.

My bowl was ok, but very overpriced for the amount of food it was.

I enjoyed the food here until I receceived a bowl and the chicken was not completely done. With the cost of eating out, restaurants should try to make sure the food is somewhat edible. Needless to say, I will not be back. I did call the restaurant to inform them.
