Decided to order yesterday and was not disappointed. We got a med pizza, some mozzarella sticks and a meatball grinder. The owner was great over the phone taking our order and everything was delicious.Pizza and mozzarella sticks smelled and tasted amazing. The meatball grinder was huge and I appreciated having leftovers for today. We'll definitely be returning customers. Thank you!

Went there during off hours, so atmosphere may be different when you go there. What won’t be different is the quality of the pizza. I got the Hartford Special, and as a fan of meat-lovers pizza I can say it does not disappoint! Staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. If I’m ever in the area I will be sure to stop on by. I recommend you do the same!

If your black puerto rican etc. do not go here as soon as I walked in i was greeted by a mad face. Like if i was gonna steal i was helping a homeless girl get some food n he was looking at us like we had no heads. Definitely felt uncomfortable bad experience never again smh. Definitely low key

Called to ask what pick up specials they had because it was not showing online and they told me they could not tell me the pick up specials over the phone which is so ridiculous!!! Then they said I need a coupon but when I asked where could I obtain a coupon they couldn't give me that answer either. I have been ordering from this place for years and now I will never give them my business ever again their customer service today was very poor. How can you tell a customer I have picked up specials but I can't tell you over the phone? They were very unprofessional and not helpful and I will never be ordering from them again!!

Ordered from here a few times even after a few bad experiences. Yesterday a friend went to pick up my food and came back and told me that I need to delete my previews review.This place definitely was a hit or miss buy will no longer support this business since the situation was not handled right.
They gave me the wrong food I call them and told them they said they was going to send me my order but they never did not even I am sorry no apologize at all I will never order food from them again

Don't order from here via DoorDash or any other app unless you live in the vicinity of the area because they're running some sort of scam where they accept your order even though you don't live in their 3 mile radius, never cancel/deliver it, and then when you call to inquire where your order is they tell you "Oh we're sorry, we cancelled it, doordash should have called you." Then, they immediately put your order through as delivered on their end even though they told you they told doordash to cancel it. Luckily, DoorDash was still able to refund my order. Joke's on Hartford Pizza though, cause I reported them to DCP and cc'ed the attorney general on the email. So they could wade through whether it was a mistake or a scam. Too bad because their pizza is actually pretty good.

Getting home from work i saw a card from this place on my mail box, i have never ordered pizza from this place, so i gave it a go and ordered a party pizza with pepperoni, and a few french fries, when the pizza came, it looks decent, and it tastes amazing, they did the pizza well and it was at a good price, the french fries was good as well, the only problem i had was the amount of pepperoni they add on the pizza, its nothing to crow about but if they had to improve on something, its the amount of pepperoni or any other toppings. Overall this place is Great! But add alot of pepperoni next time you get an order?
