I wouldnt eat here if it was free. My 8.5 month pregnant wife ordered The poutine. We open it, no gravy, barely amy cheese curds. And what was tgwre looked like melted shredded, Not curds. But the cherry on top, wasnt actually a cherry or any normal topping for that matter....it was the big fat black hair they decided to top her poutine with.
Save your momey, get heathier food elsewhere.

Stopped by Jefferson Fry Company inside Parkville Market in Hartford and tried the taco fries — they did not disappoint. The flavors were bold, balanced, and exactly what I was craving. Everything worked together perfectly and really hit the spot.
The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that the fries got soggy a bit quicker than I’d like, but honestly, the flavor still held up, so it wasn’t a big issue.
Definitely plan to return — looking forward to trying more from their menu!

So I'm a first time customer I want say they food was really good until It wasn't. I specifically said no tomatoes because I'm allergic and I do understand that ppl get busy and over whelmed in restaurants so I took the extra step to Boldly type out that I don't want tomatoes and that I'm allergic. I found the smallest hidden slice of tomato Thank God the tomato was so small I didnt get to bite into it yet. The only reason I noticed it is because as I was enjoying a really really great burger I start noticing my burger was half raw. Omg why ! I was sooo enjoying my food . Disappointed. I'm not here to bash the company because the food is good but the service needs an improvement. It is very important to pay attention to customer order notes. Had I ingested the tomatoes this we be a whole different situation that would have required my Epi pen. But since it was mild I only needed benadryl. After the scare I called a number that connects to a whole different location in Cromwell where I spoke to a very nice and very polite young man Named Jeremy he was very helpful he called his Gm and called me back with and update to fix how I'm feeling about this huge problem. Thanks Jeremy for being so helpful.

However the lady who was working was rude and didn’t acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter waiting to order my food I’m assuming because I was on my phone telling someone how good their fries are and she was asking what was on the menu. She never looked my way . Very unprofessional. But the guy came and helped, but still made a comment about me being on the phone .

Visited parkville market for the first time and I was blown away by the many food options. The two gentlemen at Jfry Co were so welcoming and nice and the vibes were great so I stopped and woah the food was great. Will definitely come back here with friends
