A chicken meal is very much overpriced here now. I don't know what they mean about the market rate. I definitely could have fed my family of 6 from the grocery store meat prices 2xs compared to spending almost $40.00 bucks on 2 large chicken meals last night. The chicken tasted a day old.

Horrible. This was very distasteful. You could taste that the food was not prepared the same day (which is understandable in the food/restaurant industry) but jeez. This tasted like it was prepared 3 nights prior!! I had TERRIBLE indigestion because of the rice and peas. Got a curry goat & oxtail plate and a fried chicken plate - both with rice and peas. Everything tasted stale and almost sour/ranstid. I’m not sure if this was because it was a Sunday, but the “overnight” food literally tasted like Thursday night’s dinner -_- I had to toss half of it because I could not stomach the thought of eating it all. I would never waste my money buying from this place ever again!!

Food is amazing no matter what you choose and no matter your food preferences. If you are a meat eater they have it, vegetarian they have it, pescatarian they have it and vegan definitely they will have it...be adventurous it won't always be mild we are Jamaicans for some it might come off as spicy but remember the demographic of people crusine you are about to indulge in (we are spicy people)...just know the food is made with love and who wouldn't do good with a little love in their food from amazing chefs delivering amazing food all year round. Amazing Caribbean/jamaican food that I could not recommend more. All their menu items are incredibly flavorful and their meats are all so tender and juicy. Their jerk chicken, curry chicken, brown stew chicken, and oxtails are my favorite and their rice/beans and steamed cabbage go perfectly with the meats. Also really good is their cows foot, full of collagen. Their beef patties are great as well, flaky crust and spicy beef
Good is always good here. They get a low score on customer service. I've visited this place many times over the past two decades and nothing has changed. The same old looking place and bad service. Food is good. Parking available in front in the busiest lot ever. Enter as you wish don't expect a smile.

Place is pretty good to me as far as the food, I enjoyed their shrimp curry, curry chicken and beef patties. It's right in the bravos plaza so not a far walk from the library. The people that work here are so warm and welcome, thank you!
Although it was good, paying $21 is craaaaazy.Eating pimento , with every other bite, was also not pleasant--take them out!!!!!After posting on social media, I received the following comment: "Omg. I stop eating there cause they had so much rat poop around the trays. Be careful."Needless to say I will NOT be returning.

They have a time said they should open at 6Am and every morning I stop by they not open the time they said they should some morning all when it's 620 they not open they have louds of car waiting outsideKid-friendliness: Some of the workers are very nice a few of them in the morning and some night people are very sweet

I ordered a large curry goat with white rice. It was good. The only issue I had was that it came up $23.00, and the portion size didn't reflect what I paid for. They give you a bunch of rice but very little meat. If that was the case, I would have gotten a medium. Cause you basically get the same amount of meat as you do with the large.
