When I first went to parkville market, first thing that caught my ears was the music, Jamaican vibe was on point, the owner cooking, singing, enjoying what he loves, I knew he was cooking with love, I intended to order a beef patty with coco bread, but decided to get the oxtail as well, toy surprise the flavors were incredible 😲!!!! My new favorite spot! Music, vibes, amazing customer service, friendly atmosphere. And the food on point, makes me feel like Im on the island! Thx for a fantastic experience!

The food was the worst Jamaican food I ever had. I ordered jerk pork. It tasted like hard pork Rhine with gravy on it. The cabbage was wilted. The best part of the meal was the rice. I was very disappointed in the food. I feel I should have known better to stay on the north end. I think this was the worst at Parkville Market.

Great food, nice people. My son loves the jerk chicken here. You get your money’s worth.

Service was great

The location and atmosphere are both great. I’ve been here a few times but this was my first time trying Jamaican Jerkshack. I had curry goat, white rice, and cabbage. It was yummy. Very tasty. The service was also great.

I absolutely love Parkville Market so you can’t go wrong with the atmosphere. I ordered oxtail, with rice and vegetables expecting an authentic Jamaican meal. However, it was from what I expected. The quality was very poor and the oxtail was all bone. Felt like residual food at prime lunch time. I would not go again or recommend. Very very disappointing.

Last few experiences here were not good, food was very salty and not fresh. And don’t go late in the day unless your ok with scraps

The jerk chicken was horrible, I’m sorry! The guy was nice but it didn’t taste good at all! Not even a little bit! It was burnt and dry also flavorless
