Waited in the drive thru for 15 min at the speaker to than pull forward to try to get help at the window, she than said she didn’t hear the microphone go off that I should’ve “beeped or something”. I asked if I can place my order quick at the window & she said no I had to go inside very rudely while she took the person behind me order. I than went inside to speak with a manager & got no response for a minute, she than pointed at her sitting at the table eating I than walked...read full review

KFC is known for its great food and excellent customer service. The staff is well-mannered, highly professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The person at the drive-thru was excellent in customer service, delivering friendly service despite the extra work load. The food was amazing and the place is very clean. There is no sidewalk, which makes it not safe for walking in and out of the parking lot. Overall, KFC is a well-recommended location with delicious food.
