Poor customer service. i asked if restrooms were available not even acknowledged what so ever .asked again for the benefit of the doubt . She said im doing an order sir . I said is just a yes or a no wow KFC good luck . Imagine you eating that food with that energy not me at all. And people that do buy there don't read reviews . At all!!!

Used uber to order from here and for some reason my uber driver kept changing over and over again. So I decided to call kfc and see what the issue was. They told me that they gave my food away to someone already and won’t remake my food. They never verified if whoever took my food was the actual person. Place is ass for real and unreliable.

There was a woman harassing all the people in drive thru to give her money, and the employees were doing nothing about it, this went on the entire 10 minutes we were in the drive thru. The vehicle in front of me had a clearly intoxicated driver who was literally getting out of his vehicle at the window and falling over and having his pants fall off. This location feels so incredibly unsafe to be at. And the food did not taste fresh at all despite it being peak dinner time.

When I describe my experience at a business, I always think of the people working and how they treat and serve you. The person at the drive thru was excellent in customer service. The order was taking a long time. I asked him if he was alone. He said that there were 2 working, 1 , cooking and himself. I give him credit with dealing with the extra work load and still being able to deliver friendly customer service.
Trash worst food ever feel like they stole my ten dollars famous bowl looks like puke soup wish I could show a picture recommend buying your own groceries I will never go back to this dumpster food 🤮

The food was amazing. The place is very clean. There are some great pictures they have on the wall. But to get inside and outside, you need to walk thru the drive-thru. There is no sidewalk, which makes it not safe for walking in and out.
Awful service at drive thru, I don't know how people like this keep there jobs. Just make the chicken and throw it at the customer. But I digress....the night shift crew for drive thru needs to do better I was sent through the line 3 times for the time clock sake, unexceptable. The lady in the background could be heard screaming about not having chicken or whatever she stubbed her toe on, and her tag team partner on the mic was no help either. Take your time with your customers and give KINDER service please or get that racist chicken out the hood.

While going to the drive through at night on 10/11, there was a girl that took our order and she was extremely rude. She kept rushing us and gave us an attitude throughout the entire interaction. I definitely don’t recommend this location.
