There’s a couple of Colombian restaurants in Hartford and usually this used to be one of those spots to go to for food but nowadays it’s a hit or miss sometimes the beans don’t even taste Colombian. They taste like they were season how Puerto Rican food would be seasoned. Super salty food.I recently picked up food for my family to eat and the waiter was giving me a hard time. I spent over $60 on a few meals and I asked him if I can get some pink sauce for my food. He replied that he would need to charge me one dollar for a small little cup of pink sauce I was mind blown. I like really this is insane since when you guys started to charge for the pink sauce. It’s not like it cost a lot to make the sauce and especially if I ate at restaurant would you charge me to use some of your pink sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s totally different from what it used to be in the service Just sucks.

Don't you dare buy pork rinds, the service they sell for $9 is too little deception, a two-year-old child would eat it and be left hungry. Very disappointing

The food is very bad, the service is super bad, they serve it as if you were going to order, I was with my family there and we had to wait 2 and a half hours for very bad service and food and they still dare to include the tip in the bill.

Recommendation to Melba, when you are in charge of a table with more than 10 people, ask first if the account will be separate, do not get upset or complain about your bosses because your failure is not the client's problem. And no, there won't be a next time because I won't visit the restaurant again.

I find that it should be the client's decision. And the attitude of the staff Mabel since she was asked to separate the tickets because we didn't tell her at the beginning. And as an employee she should have asked at the beginning since when they are groups you should ask, this is my suggestion since I am a manager at McDonald. And I am not going to recommend this site. Thank you

The service is useless in this place...we arrived we ordered natural juices and a soda and more than half an hour passed and the girl didn't show up with the drinks or to take the order and we were the only ones in that place...

We had a table for 9 on cinco de mayo, place was a little busy and the waitress let us know ahead of ordering the food may take a while to come out. On placing our order she was anxious and was not very friendly. Food did come out on a reasonable time and it was good, but at the time of paying was where we all got disappointed. They said that the bill was only able to split in 2 due to their system of processing the payment was not able to do it any other way (not sure what kind of system they use but apparently was not up to date). After some time disputing the payment matter, they finally split the bill and did a bad job doing it. Sadly the girl/waitress was not happy that day and neither was my friends and I after a very bad customer service. Was my first and last time in this place-thank you but not.
Parking: We all had to park across the street.
