Im at the children’s hospital and ordered this through DoorDash. Just for them to get basically the whole order wrong. The young lady on the phone was so rude and hung up twice and didn’t even care about trying to make it right! A torta that costs 12 dollars and it’s the length of ur hand and the width of ur hand! Ridiculous. I ordered fries separately, not with the sandwich. U would think they would do it in a separate box? Nope! They put it in with the sand which. What if those fries were for someone else? Now what? There was no empathy for a mother who is in the children’s hospital waiting for her 5 month son to recovery from surgery.
This whole interaction was so unnecessary and very upsetting since I wanted to give this place a try. This is my first experience of this place and my last.

Was going to go to the poke place next to this spot but the customer service was atrocious. They acted like serving me was an inconvenience. This place? Not only are their tacos insanely delicious, the guy greeted me with a smile. Asked me how my day was going and brought the food out to my table.
So glad I went with my instinct. Place is fire.

The service was good the kid there was VERY polite. But the food had no flavor at all. I got 3 tacos (chicken steak and pork) I wanted try all of them to see which one I would like the most. Since Im a first time customer I will say all the ingredients are really fresh but none of them had any flavor. If they seasoned the meats and poultry more It would be better. To me a taco should be good with or without the sauces they put on the side.

I got a Tostada with marinated pork, it was good. It was seved with only the Verde hot sauce, I like the red homemade hot sauce better. I got 2, they were orange and were tasty but hot sauce should never be in their description. I went agai today 7/26/2025 and had their Elope, Mexican street corn and loved it!!

Ordered 5 tacos, carne asada sandwich, elote, mangonada and churros on DoorDash. It was so good! The food was seasoned perfectly, the mangonada was unreal and the churros…come on now lol. On top of that the salsa verde and hot sauce they give you is delicious. Will order again!

Had this place one time before and they were pretty good. Had the birria quesadillas. My girlfriend really liked it as well. Today went in expecting the same outcome . The birria was absolutely terrible. Chewy,bland, and the birria sauce was extremely watery. Highly disappointed that we just spend $30+ on 2 orders
Loved the beef malanise torta, Elote street corn and tres leches. Beyond good food!

The food was alright but the customer service was not good at all. I came to the register very nice and ready to order. Pleasantly said “Hello! Good Morning.” Only for the lady up front taking orders to not even give me eye contact nor said hello to me or acknowledge my presence only asked “what would you like to order.”
If you don’t like your job maybe you should find another place to work. Wouldn’t support this business in Parkville again due to the uncomfortable and rude atmosphere. Very disappointed. Do better.
