Trash service. Honestly the place is really nice I’ve been coming here for years & the new inside is fire but repeatedly have I’ve had issues with being served even at the bar. I drive from New Haven just for the steak & I just walked right out after sitting for 20 mins without even being acknowledged. They have plenty of staff & literally everyone just stands around doing nothing. I will not be giving my time to yall ever again it’s literally ridiculous the amount of times I’ve had this issue. Get it together

We got a table vip section but regulars came and took it, we section it pre hand but it seems the club got bigger and some how lost it’s management. Especially seems to lost control of the place. Downgraded since the upgraded extension

Great find in the city! Food quality, taste, and presentation was elevated. Crispy chicken bites that were well seasoned, crispy on the outside and perfectly tender and juicy on the inside. White rice was perfectly cooked and the beans were saucy with great flavor. With a great atmosphere, clean restaurant and bathrooms. The cocktail menu was very good and they even have a dance floor for Salsa nights. Can’t wait to go back.

Had to get up three times just to grab my own drinks (water, soda) at the bar—and we were a party of 10. Definitely felt like they couldn’t handle a bigger crowd. Kinda bummed it played out like that. No one ever came by to check on us. As a Puerto Rican, I was really looking forward to supporting a Latin restaurant, but this was a letdown. If management sees this—just know, taking care of your customers makes a big difference. A few more reviews like this, and you might not be around much longer.

Idk why they decided to changed their recipe when it was legitimately perfect but last 3 orders of mine I ordered the same thing but seems to be they are prepping the beef and cheese empanadas different & it is absolutely awful 😞 go back asap the beef and cheese tastes weird with that new cheese. Like very noticeable flavor difference! I used to think these were some of the best and now I’m forced to leave a bad review because my favorite item has gotten significantly worse might have to legit stop ordering here

The bright red hair girl is very rude. I ask her for a drinks is she reply in Spanish: “que mucho joden estos” she said this to another waiter, I think Brian was his name. Never got hers. Maybe she thought my party didn’t know Spanish because we were speaking English. Very rude, very disrespectful. Rolling her eyes and slamming things.
